August 23, 2014 School-Based meeting and Card Distribution at Knights of

Columbus Elementary School, Antipolo City.

Sad to say that there were no memorandums given on the said activities thats why I have

nothing to attach to this letter.

Im hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter. Rest assured that I will

comply to all the reports, lessons, and paperworks that I missed on those dates.
