Admission The module manages the registration and admission process of both new and the old students. Old and new students are automatically treated differently based on the pre provided information. Complete student details like academic, personal, relations, documents, photographs etc. are taken at the time of registration.

Attendance

Attendance section plays different roles for Students and Employees.

Student Attendance Student’s attendance details act as a tool to identify irregularities in the academic interests of the students. The same can be used to assess the student and give individual attention to the causes of repetitiveor long absences.

Staff Attendance Employee attendances are used in conjunction with the payroll module to automatically implement the leave policies.

Various types of leaves are available that may be marked for employees. Details of available as well as availed leaves is also available for each employee. The system also assists the user and restricts the user from assigning more than the prescribed number of leaves.

Fee Management All fees related process like creating fee structure, fee collection, fee due tracking, receipt generation, demand credit balance and more are managed in this module.

Student & Staff Id Card The system allows you to generate and download Student & Staff Id Cards. Information such as student name, student number and class that are automatically extracted from the student records will be printed on the student Id card. Whereas for staff, the staff name, staff number and job title can be printed on staff Id card.

Transfer Certificate With the entire relevant student data stored in the system, a student Transfer Certificate could be printed just by a click of mouse.

User Access With flexible security features, user access to each of the modules is based on the user role (s) as defined in the system. In addition, functions that could be performed by each user role can be easily defined.

Payroll A fully functional payroll management system is integrated into the software ease the burden on HR department. Various calculation parameters and the allowances are also configurable as per the user requirements. The payroll module is capable of calculating the working days, payable amount, deductions etc. Various reports are also available to assist the management in calculating the expenses on salary as well as reports needed for departmental processes.

Examination

Examination module of school ERP lets you add different Exams, Enter Marks as per subject. Get Report Cards printed on a single click and have various Reports.

SMS &Mail This module provides the facility to send SMS to parent's, staffs and student. Its works very efficiently when some urgent message is to be passed. For example sudden change in exam timing, due to unavoidable circumstances, emergency meeting etc. With the help of SMS & Mail Module, the authorized user can send messages to a large number of recipients at one go.

Hostel Management

The hostel module manages all the reports and detailing of hostel. It reduces the paper work and consumes less time. The manpower and resources requirement is reduced. It manages hostel allocation, attendance, fee collections, hostel leaving etc

Vehicle Management This enables effective management of School Vehicles. User-defined routes and boarding point can be created along with Vehicle Details.

Front Office Management This manages your school reception such as visitors enquiry, telephone directory, phone register, and prospectus sale .
