+ + C M Y K PM to release Rs. 18,000 crore under PM-KISAN scheme to more than 9 crore farmers today New Delhi, Dec. 24 (PIB) Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will release the next installment of financial benefit under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) tomorrow (Dec. 25) at 12 noon via video conferencing. With the push of a button, the Prime Minister will enable the transfer of more than Rs. 18,000 crores to more than 9 crores beneficiary farmer families. Prime Minister will also have a conversation with farmers from six different States during the event. The farmers will share their experiences with PM-KISAN and also on various other initiatives taken by the Government for the welfare of farmers. Union Agriculture Minister will also be present on the occasion. Under the PM-KISAN Scheme, a financial benefit of Rs.6000/- per year is provided to the eligible beneficiary farmers, payable in three equal 4-monthly installments of Rs.2000/- each. Schools of Isles 21 more smart classrooms to be set up by 1st week of January Port Blair, Dec. 24 The Department of Education endeavors to provide quality education to the students of A&N Islands by facilitating them with better teaching learning experience in a smart c l a s s r o o m environment. To make learning more communicative, attractive and easy to grasp, the Department has initiated the setting up of smart classrooms under Samagra Shiksha in 162 Govt. Schools functioning in various parts of the Islands. It is worth Job Mela on Dec. 26 & 27 at ITF Ground 900 vacancies to be filled up during Mela; job seekers urged to come forward & utilize the opportunity The Job Mela would provide an opportunity to the candidates to access and to meet multiple employers at a time, immediate response for the job application with complete transparency. Schools covering 69 schools in South Andaman District, 64 schools in N & M Andaman District and 8 schools in Nancowry Zone. To provide a better understanding of the smart classrooms, hands on training for the teachers to get acquainted with the devices have also been imparted to teachers. For residential trainings, boarding and lodging facilities would be borneby the Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) and food with travel expenseswould be provided in case of non-residential training. A Migration SupportCentre shall be provided for alumni support, counselling, coordinationwith local administration. Placement support would also be provided tothe candidates and the PIAs will track the candidates for 12 months throughphysical visits or telephonic calls. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. The property is being sold on “As is where is”, “As is what is”, and “Whatever there is” basis.

2. Prospective bidders may inspect the properties and verify the property documents held by Bank, details of

litigations, if any, in respective of the properties to their satisfaction before submission of bid. No claim shall be

entertained by Authorised Officer or Secured Creditor Bank at any later date.

3. Auction / bidding shall only be through holding public auction.

4. For participating in auction, intending bidders have to deposit a refundable EMD as mentioned above in the

prescribed mode of payment and the EMD will not carry any interest.

5. Bids in the prescribed formats shall be submitted in person by visiting in the office of the Authorised Officer,

98, Maulana Azad Road, Port Blair - 744101 along with the EMD & copy of KYC documents including photo,

PAN Card & address proof to the Authorised Officer before 04:00 PM on 27th January, 2021.

6. Auction sale will start automatically on and at the time as mentioned above. Auction/ bidding will initially be

for a period of 120 minutes, after that the sale will be concluded.

7. The property “SHALL NOT BE SOLD” below the Reserve Price.

8. The Authorized Officer is not bound to accept the highest bid or any or all bids and reserves the right to accept

or reject any or all the bids or cancel, postpone the auction without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful bidder should deposit 25% of the bid amount (excluding EMD) immediately on declaring him

as successful bidder and the balance 75% of the bid amount within 15 days from the date of confirmation of sale

by the secured creditor and in default of such deposit, the property shall forthwith be sold again. All deposit and

payment shall be in the prescribed mode of payment.

10. In default of payment within the period mentioned in sub-rule (4), the deposit shall be forfeited and the

property shall be resold and the defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claim to the property or to any part of the

sum for which it may be subsequently sold.

11. EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned through DD/Pay Order/NEFT/RTGS to the bank accounts

details provided by them in the bid form and intimated via their e-mail ID.

12.The auction advertisement does not constitute and will not be deemed to constitute any commitment or any

representation by the bank. The Authorised Officer/Secured Creditor shall not be responsible in any way for any

third party claims/rights/dues.

13. In case of default in payment at any stage by the successful bidder/ auction purchaser within the stipulated

time, the sale will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be forfeited and the property will be again put to

sale.

14. The encumbrances on the properties known to the Bank is NIL.

15.The purchaser has to bear the all the revenue taxes, and any other statutory dues or other dues like municipal

tax, electricity charges, land use conversion charges, property tax and all other incidental costs, charges including

all taxes and rates outgoings relating to the property.
