เทคโนโลยการประมวลผลกลมแบบกลมเมฆ (Cloud Computing) หมายถง รปแบบการใหบรการเทคโนโลยสารสนเทศทน าเสนอทรพยากรสารสนเทศส าหรบประมวลผลตงแตโครงสรางพนฐานของเทคโนโลยสารสนเทศไปจนถงชดค าสงท างานประยกต เสมอนหนงเปนบรการทผใชสามารถบรการตนเองได เลอกใชเฉพาะสงทตนตางตองการ และจายคาใชบรการทเรยกใชงานเหมอนกบการจายคาสาธารณปโภคไมวาจะเปนคาไฟฟา คาน า และคาโทรศพท
