Step _1Desktop

Click the Edu Paratos shortcut icon on Your desktop.

Step_1ADesktopEdu Paratos Starts Running on Desktop.

Step_2Login WindowThis is Login Window where you put your username and password .provided by admin. User can only access that modules which are admin give permissions.

Step_3This is Startup Screen through which you can navigate to any modules.Admin Permission is necessary for enter.

Step_4 Registration moduleRegistration module provide the facility to register new/old student, new/old teacher, old/new staff.A unique id is provided to everyone to maintains his data for lifetime.

Step_4AStudent Registration WindowThis is student registration window , where you can put different information regarding the student.Registration Process is same for old and new student.After Registration unique id generated here will be send as sms to his parent for future reference

Step_4BTeacher Registration moduleThis is teacher registration window where you put different details regarding Teachers.Here is option to create salary.

Staff Registration will be same with different field regarding staff..

Step_4CStudent ListFrom this section you can search student ,1.School Wise2. Class Wise3. Section Wise

Step_4D Teacher ListFrom this section you check details of yours teachers.

Similarly staff list to search any particular staff

Step_5AAttendance ModuleThis is attendance module startup from you can take of 1.Teacher2.Students3.Staff

You can also see attendance report.1.Weekly wise2.Monthly wise3. Year Wise

You can send sms the attendance report to parents

Step_5BStudent AttendanceThis is student attendance module.When you click on specific class & section the all student will be shown.We have make all present assuming that the number of present student will be always greater than absent one. You have to check the students.

Teacher name will also saved for particular date and class

Step_5CTeacher AttendanceFrom this module you can make attendance of teacher with in and out time.

Similarly you can take attendance of staff.

Step_5DAttendance Register

From This section you can watch attendance report of any particular student, teacher, staff.You can send sms the monthly sms report to their guardians.

Step_6AFees ModuleThis is fees Startup module. You can navigate to these options.1.Class wise fees structure on monthly basis.2. Fees demand voucher generation3. Total fees collection4. Fees Receipt5. Fees Defaulter6. Standard Reports

Step_6AFees Structure ModulesThrough this section you can create different fees structure for different class for different month.

This section comes with fullcustomization.

Step_6BFees Demand ModulesThrough this section we can demand the fees from the student of particular month with due date mention in the demand.We Can print the demand voucher 1. Parents copy2. Office copy

We can also send auto sms all students of demand.

After due date you can fix a fine for particular student in this section.

Step_6CFees Receipt ModulesWhen we demand fees student will now come fees, you can easily fees by entering student name or unique id.

In this section you make discount or fine for particular student.This entry will also show in ledger, daybook , cashbook and total fees collection sections.You can provide student copy of fees receiving with signature & also sms to their parents

Step_6DFees Defaulter ModulesThrough These section we can see defaulter student who have not pay fees in that due date,We can search defaulter1. School wise2. Class wise3. Section wise

We can send notification s through 4. Print copy5. Send sms
