You will create a short PowerPoint presentation (6 -10 slides). Content is not important, though you may want to start playing around with some of the content for your final project.

The intent of this exercise is to experiment with as many features as possible, especially those you have not tried. Animate things, insert audio and video, etc. Have fun and try all of the tools. Do not worry about the content, each slide could be about something totally different than the last. Do not worry about it being professional and polished looking.In my experience, students typically only learn enough to turn in the assignment due the next morning. So, even though they have used WORD a hundred times to type papers and assignments they probably are only familiar with a couple of features. The urgent task is to get the paper done.
