(Ensure that all members have checked in) Once In Operation, check each PDF in the \\ ukblmercprdoc\ Checkout\MERCURYPUBLISH folder to ensure all are present and viewing correctly “Move/Cut” the 9x DWGs from your working area back into the Vault Email the AIT mailbox describing briefly the changes made and the rooms/areas that have been modified Select the appropriate Architectural DWG from within Advantum If the family is still in DWF format, import a new PDF version of the appropriate drawing to replace each of the members Implement changes to the DWG files ensuring to add revision boxes and amend the versions (in line with Mercury) on all tabs of all 9 drawings and apply the correct page set-ups using the appropriate lisp file Select “Properties” and enter appropriate comments in “Reason for Change” field for all 9 drawings ensuring the correct CI codes have been added in the description field Right click and “Make Document Operational” For IWMS purposes “Copy” the architectural DWG into the ukblmercprdoc\ Checkout\OPCOPY folder overwriting the existing DWG
