Our Repair Options are designed to provide you with the best products, services and solutions at the right price for all your projects. Whatever your circumstances and requirements, we have a wide array of solutions to help you save time and money. Planning repairs in advance of failure maximizes the availability of your machinery while minimizing costs (up to 60% savings compared with a post-breakdown operation). We will assist you in developing your activity and give you access to a flexible range of repair solutions.

Our Repair Options are fixed-rate services that include repair, reconditioning, standard replacement or new parts. These fixed-rate services aim to guarantee a uniform and transparent price level across our Network, without any hidden costs. What is more, these fixed-rate operations supersede the routine costing of parts to be replaced, allowing you to have a price/budget immediately. Above all, our technicians use Cat specifications, the best tools and their expertise in Cat machinery to carry out repairs in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. REPAIR OPTIONS

REMOVAL / REFITTING

Our teams take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your operators, comply with the contamination control program recommended by Caterpillar, and install your components in accordance with good engineering practice. As such, during these operations, our Cat technicians:

depressurize / pressurize circuits

protect circuits against contamination (keeping parts in their original packaging until they are installed, blocking off connections, taking samples to check that circuits are not contaminated), carry out dialysis operations on circuits (if required)

maintain checks of connections to ensure they are clean and free from any contamination

check for any leaks, damaged parts or incorrectly installed parts

ensure that fastenings are tightened to the torques recommended by the manufacturer

carry out any calibrations, adjustments and tests when recommissioning to ensure the compliant working of your equipment.
