Mr. Chera was born and raised in New York City and attended New
York University Stern School of Business. He majored in accounting and
finance and minored in architecture. Richard also attended The Sanno
Institute in Tokyo, Japan, and studied Business and Industrial Engineering
& Manufacturing, specifically focusing on the just-in-time manufacturing
process as an intern at Toyota Motor Car Company.

Mr. Martin Bremer joined the DAIMLER AG 1997, where he started as

of the design process in the Real Estate Sector.

Thomas Kraubitz co-leads BuroHappold Cities in Europe. His focus is on
resilient urban environments and large-scale sustainability concepts. He
consults governmental, national- and international organizations as well
as the private industry. Thomas frequently teaches at universities and

Expo Astana and COP 23, with a particular interest on sustaining urban

Kevin Sharkey is the Executive Vice President and Executive Director of
Design for the Martha Stewart brand. He leads the creative teams in the
development of thousands of products for retail partnerships including

overseeing all Martha Stewart publishing content. Kevin came to work at
Martha Stewart Living in 1996, after studying architecture at Rhode Island
School of Design, and working under Albert Hadley at the interior design
firm of Parish Hadley.

Since 2013, João Paulo Lopes Raimundo has acted as the founder and
CEO of B4A, a consulting business based in Lisbon, Portugal. From 1999
to 2013 he was the founding partner and CEO of a group of companies in
the alternative investment spectrum active in advisory services, portfolio
management, funds of hedge funds and real estate. Mr. Raimundo holds a
degree in management and business administration from Católica Lisbon

With a law degree and a Master degree in taxation law from Harvard
Univertisty, Mr. Marreiros Moreira plays a key role in the tax definition
of transfer pricing policies for multinationals as well as in financial
negotiations, and in the implementation of financial operations. He joined
Vieira de Almeida Law Firm in 2001 and has earned many awards for his
work, such as the "40 under 40" Iberian Award in 2007, which is one of the
most prestigious European law awards.

national and international awards. In 2009 the GRAFT founding partners
co-founded Solarkiosk GmbH together with Andreas Spiess, which
