Printing InstructionsWhen printing this pattern it is important to print it full size. When you bring up the print dialog
box look in the “Page Sizing & Handling” section. Make sure the “Actual Size” is selected
before you hit print.
You also only need to print the page/s you need. After the print dialog opens look for the
“Pages to Print” section. You can print the current page or a range of pages. This will help
save ink by not printing the title/instruction pages.

Here are all the supplies you will need.
I am using a white box purchased from Amazon.https://amzn.to/2sGbQ7K 6” X 8” X 2” 2 pack.$5.99 as of June, 2018 on Amazon.
I am applying a duplicate photo of the puzzle to the boxcover with spray adhesive.
Here is the completed puzzle box.
Cut down the photo and template to the size required.
Cut the 1/8” Baltic birch plywood ti the size of the templateand set them to the side.
Cut the 1/4” BB ply to the size of the template and cleanprep for attaching the photo.
For a permanent bond spray the photo and the wood withthe spray adhesive.
Apply the photo and make sure there are no wrinkles or bubbles.Let the glue dry before you begin to cut.
Set the 1/8” BB ply on top of the photo/1/4” BB plyand wrap them with the blue painters tape.
We are now ready to use the spray adhesive to applythe template to the top of the stack.
We want to use a thin kerf blade so the puzzle pieces fittogether well. I am using a Pegas #2/0 blade. I do notrecommend that you use a blade thicker than a #2/0.
We are ready to begin cutting the pieces.
Cut the pieces and remove the sacrificial template asyou go.
I like to reassemble the puzzle as I cut the pieces.
When all the pieces are cut I apply a couple coats ofspray acrylic. This make the puzzle more durable.
The puzzle is not ready make someone a beautifulgift.
Wedding, birthdays, anniversaries and special eventsare all fantastic ideas for memory sake puzzles.
