The overall concept of the site in Artesia was to create an Editable landscape, where everything is always changing. The building was split into two because it not only gives a direct path through the sight, but it also frames the site from each entrance welcoming everyone who enters the site. The green roof is composed of ground covering plants that are meant to attract butteries and bees. By creating a “controlled forest” and variety of community events the sole purpose of this space was that it is di erent every time a person visits.
