7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding- type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.

10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.

11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.

12. Use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or other unit specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.

14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in anyway, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

For over 40 years EDEN has been designing and manufacturing bass equipment for the discerning bass player.

Our mission has always been to offer the best possible equipment with the most usable features while continuing to develop new technology.

At EDEN we like to look at bass a little differently from everyone else, so instead of asking what is it about our amplifiers that people love, we ask what could we do to make our amplifiers more fun, more intuitive and more flexible, but retain the famous EDEN tone. Working alongside musicians, touring techs, and some very influential producers EDEN has sought to find out how and why people use the equipment they use and combine all of the elements people really want in a professional product.

The Terra Nova range from EDEN offers a new and exciting range of amplification, combining traditional tested tone creation with new manufacturing technologies to provide an amplifier solution for every style of player. We hope you enjoy your new amplifier as much as we have enjoyed designing it.

Before You Plug In

Before you plug in or use your cabinet please ensure you know how to correctly operate it. Incorrect operation or installation may lead to undesirable results or failure which can be avoided by reading this guide.

Your cabinet has been designed to ensure that it performs time and time again. In order to ensure your cabinet provides years of service it is important that you protect the cabinet from overheating. In order to do this you should follow a few simple rules that will help protect your investment.

1. Do not block vents or disable ventilation systems. Your cabinet has been designed with a ventilation system that allows air to circulate over components inside. Vent holes and ports are designed to ensure your amplifier can perform to its maximum capacity for the longest time. Blocking and vent holes will not only void your warranty, but will almost certainly reduce the life of your cabinet.

2. Correct Loading: When setting up your cabinet with an amplifier make sure that the cabinet or combination of cabinets you are using have enough power handling for your requirements. As a guide, when choosing a cabinet it should have a minimum of the same power handling as the output of your chosen amplifier at full power. When choosing speakers and heads you should think about what impedance rig your will use. 2x 8 Ohm cabinets will provide a 4 Ohm rig, but if you are only using a single cabinet you are best to opt for a 4 Ohm single cabinet.

Remember using a load below 4 Ohms will cause stress on the amplifier, so always make sure your minimum total load never drops below 4 Ohms.

If you are unsure about any about rig impedances or anything else to do with your amplifier speak to the store where you bought it from, they will be more than happy to provide you with advice.

Caution!


The equipment you have purchased has been developed to provide you with a tool to achieve great tone and in some cases deliver levels of volume that may be unsuitable for use in confined spaces or without hearing protection.

Every piece of EDEN equipment is designed to perform exceptionally and just as with other high performance products can in certain situations be capable of operating at levels that may be outside of the requirements or capability of the user.

Use this equipment safely and considerately, the volume control on higher Wattage amplifiers is your responsibility. Your ears and those of others who are fortunate enough to hear you play are your most important instruments required to enjoy your music.

If you experience any hearing loss or discomfort when listening to any loud music or activity which involves excessive noise then for your own sake speak with a medical professional. As a musician keeping your ears in good working order is as important as being able to play your instrument, you only get one set of ears!

setting up your cabinet


1. When setting up your cabinet with an amplifier make sure that the cabinet or combination of cabinets you are using have enough power handling for your requirements. As a guide when choosing a cabinet it should have a minimum of the same power handling as the output of your chosen amplifier at full power.

2. Plug you amplifier into only 1 socket on the cabinet, never plug 2 amplifiers into a single cabinet.

3. Eden recommend using Speakon connectors when connecting to an amplifier. This provides the best possible connection to your amplifier for the most reliable rig.

4. When using ¼” Jack to Jack Cables, only use high quality cables to connect your rig. Never use cheap cables or instrument leads as these provide an inadequate connection and can be overloaded when using high wattage bass equipment.

5. Your Cables are the weakest link in your rig, make sure you buy the best you can afford and look after them. If you experience cutting out or crackling audio when using a cable replace it immediately.

Remember most amplifiers provide different power outputs depending on the impedance of the load it is plugged into. Your cabinets Impedance represents that load represented by the number 4 or 8 followed by the Ohm (impedance) symbol Ω.

If you are using a single cabinet with your amplifier the load will be that shown on the cabinet you are using.

Using the second socket on an EDEN cabinet to connect to an additional cabinet places that cabinet in parallel. Connecting two 8Ω cabinets this way will create a 4Ω load.

Avant de vous brancher

Guide de démarrage | Baffles Terra Nova

Avant d’allumer votre baffle assurez-vous d’avoir bien suivi toutes les recommandations qui suivront. Une manipulation ou installation incorrecte pourrait endommager irrémédiablement votre produit.

Votre baffle a été conçu afin de vous servir durant de très longues années, il est donc important que vous le protégiez de la surchauffe. Pour ce faire, suivez ces quelques règles simples qui vous permettront de protéger votre produit.

1. Ne pas bloquer les sorties d’air ou éteindre le système de ventilation. Votre produit a été conçu avec un système de ventilation qui permet à l’air de circuler dans tout l’appareil. Les sorties d’air permettent d’évacuer l’air ventilé à l’intérieur et donc d’éviter la surchauffe de vos composants. Bloquer ces sorties réduira la durée de vie de votre appareil mais annulera aussi votre garantie.

2. Vérifier l’impédance. Lorsque vous configurez votre baffle avec votre amplificateur, bien vérifier que le baffle ou la combinaison de plusieurs baffles possèdent une alimentation optimale leur permettant de travailler avec l’amplificateur. Pour information, lorsque vous choisissez un baffle, ce dernier doit posséder la même puissance nominale que la sortie de l’amplificateur choisi, à pleine puissance. Lorsque vous choisissez des amplis ou des têtes il faut penser à quelle impédance vous devez utiliser pour votre système. Des baffles 2x8 Ohms nécessiteront un système d’amplification 4 ohms. Si vous n’utilisez qu’un seul baffle il vaut mieux opter pour une impédance 4 ohms.

N’oubliez pas, si vous avez une charge totale en dessous de 4 ohms, vous risquez d’endommager votre ampli. Assurez-vous donc de ne jamais descendre sous 4 ohms.

Si vous n’êtes pas sûr que le système que vous allez utiliser respecte ces normes, n’hésitez pas à demander des renseignements au magasin qui vous l’a vendu, ils seront plus qu’heureux de vous fournir des conseils.

Utilisez cet équipement de façon sûre et avisée, la commande de volume des amplificateurs à haute puissance est sous votre responsabilité. Vos oreilles et celles des autres personnes qui ont la chance de pouvoir vous écouter jouer sont les instruments les plus importants pour apprécier votre musique.

Si vous ressentez une quelconque perte auditive ou un inconfort lorsque vous écoutez n’importe quelle musique forte ou lors d’activités impliquant un bruit excessif, alors consultez un spécialiste médical. En tant que musicien, maintenir vos oreilles en bon état de fonctionnement est aussi important que de pouvoir jouer de vos instruments, vous n’avez qu’un seul jeu d’oreilles !

Configurer votre baffle


1. Lorsque vous configurez votre baffle avec votre amplificateur, bien vérifier que le baffle ou la combinaison de plusieurs baffles possède une alimentation optimale leurs permettant de travailler avec l’amplificateur. Pour information, lorsque vous choisissez un baffle, ce dernier doit posséder la même puissance nominale que la sortie de l’amplificateur choisi, à pleine puissance.

2. Branchez votre amplificateur sur une des entrées du baffle. Ne jamais branchez deux amplificateurs sur un baffle !

3. Eden recommande d’utiliser des connecteurs Speakon pour relier le baffle à l’amplificateur.

4. Si vous utilisez des câbles Jack-Jack, utiliser uniquement des câbles de haute qualité. Ne jamais utiliser des câbles à bas prix ou des câbles instruments car, ils offrent une connexion inadéquate et peuvent être en surcharge lorsque vous utilisez votre matériel à pleine puissance.

5. Les câbles sont les maillons faibles de votre système, assurez-vous d’en avoir d’excellente facture. Si vous avez des coupures ou des craquements, remplacez-les immédiatement.

N’oubliez pas, la plupart des amplificateurs fournissent des puissances différentes selon l’impédance de charge du produit relié. L’impédance de charge de vos baffles est représentée par les chiffres 4 ou 8, suivie par le symbole Ohms Ω.

Si vous n’utilisez qu’un baffle, l’impédance de charge sera celle indiqué sur cette dernière.

Bevor Sie Einschalten


Bevor Sie Ihr Gerät zum ersten Mal einschalten, machen Sie sich bitte zunächst mit der Bedienung vertraut. Fehler bei der Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung können unerwünschte Ergebnisse zur Folge haben und im Extremfall das Gerät beschädigen. Nehmen Sie sich also bitte die Zeit und lesen Sie diese Anleitung.

Die Boxen der Terra Nova Serie wurden so konzipiert, dass sie immer wieder und über einen langen Zeitraum funktionieren. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Leistungsfähigkeit Ihrer Box über Jahre erhalten bleibt, ist es wichtig, dass Sie einige einfache aber wichtige Regeln befolgen, um Ihre Neuanschaffung vor Überhitzung zu schützen.

1. Lüfter und Lüftungsöffnungen dürfen nicht blockiert sein. Ihre Box wurde so designt, dass Luft über die innenliegenden Komponenten zirkulieren kann. Die Lüfter und Lüftungsöffnungen tragen dazu bei, dass Ihrem Verstärker sein Maximum an Leistungsfähigkeit möglichst lange erhalten bleibt. Das Blockieren der Lüftungsöffnungen führt nicht nur zum Verlust der Garantie, sondern verringert auch die Lebenszeit Ihrer Box!

2. Korrekte Impedanzwahl: Bitte achten Sie beim Anschluss Ihrer Box oder Ihrer Boxenkombination an Ihrem Verstärker darauf, dass diese eine für Ihre Ansprüche ausreichend hohe Belastbarkeit aufweist. Als Richtlinie: Die Box sollte mindestens so belastbar sein, dass die gesamte Ausgangsleistung des Verstärkers vollständig aufgenommen werden kann. Bei der Auswahl der Lautsprecher und des Verstärkertopteils sollten Sie bedenken, mit welcher Impedanz Sie Ihr Setup benutzen wollen. 2x 8 Ohm Boxen bilden ein 4 Ohm Setup, wenn Sie allerdings eine einzelne Box benutzen wollen, sollten Sie eine 4 Ohm Einzelbox wählen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Lastwiderstand von weniger als 4 Ohm eine unnötige Beanspruchung Ihres Verstärkers verursacht. Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass die Gesamtbelastung ein Minimum von 4 Ohm niemals unterschreitet.

Jedes Stück Eden-Equipment wird für das Erzielen herausragender Ergebnisse konstruiert. Wie auch bei anderen Hochleistungs-Produkten können Eden-Geräte in bestimmten Situationen Pegel erzeugen, die die Anforderungen oder auch die Belastbarkeit des Benutzers übersteigen.

Anschluss Ihrer Box

1. Bitte achten Sie beim Anschluss Ihrer Box oder Ihrer Boxenkombination an Ihrem Verstärker darauf, dass diese eine für Ihre Ansprüche ausreichend hohe Belastbarkeit aufweist. Als Richtlinie: Die Box sollte mindestens so belastbar sein, dass die gesamte Ausgangsleistung des Verstärkers vollständig aufgenommen werden kann.

2. Schließen Sie Ihren Verstärker nur an einem der Anschlüsse an, betreiben Sie niemals 2 Verstärker an einer einzigen Box.

3. Eden empfiehlt Speakon-Stecker zum Anschluss der Box an einen Verstärker. Auf diese Weise wird für ein zuverlässiges Setup die bestmögliche Verbindung zu Ihrem Verstärker hergestellt.

4. Bei Verwendung von ¼” Boxenkabeln achten Sie bitte darauf, zur Verbindung Ihres Setups nur hochwertige Kabel zu verwenden. Verzichten Sie auf den Gebrauch billiger Kabel oder Instrumentenkabel, da diese aufgrund einer möglichen zu hohen Belastung mit leistungsstarkem Bassequipment eine ungeeignete Verbindung darstellen.

5. Ihre Kabel sind das schwächste Glied in der Signalkette, verwenden Sie nur bestmögliches Equipment und kontrollieren Sie dieses regelmäßig. Wenn Sie ein Ausblenden des Tons oder ein Knistern wahrnehmen, tauschen Sie dieses sofort aus.

Desde hace más de 40 años EDEN ha diseñado y fabricado equipos de amplificación para los bajistas más exigentes.

Nuestra misión ha sido ofrecer siempre el mejor equipo posible, pero con características de fácil uso para los músicos. En todos estos años no hemos parado de desarrollar nuevas tecnologías.

En EDEN nos gusta ofrecer a los bajistas algo diferente al resto de marcas. No nos conformamos con que a los músicos les encante el sonido de nuestros equipos. Siempre nos preguntamos qué podríamos hacer para que nuestros amplificadores sean intuitivos y se adapten a muchos estilos musicales. También buscamos que los artistas se diviertan usándolos.

Las pantallas “Terra Nova” se encuadran dentro de una nueva y moderna serie de amplificación de EDEN. Esta nueva gama produce el tono clásico y tradicional que se espera de un equipo de EDEN. Sin embargo, también añade importantes novedades en su construcción que hacen posible que estas pantallas se adapten a una gran variedad de estilos musicales. ANTES DE CONECTAR EL EQUIPO

Antes de usar su pantalla de amplificación, asegúrese de comprender cómo se utiliza el equipo. Una instalación o uso incorrecto de la misma puede dar lugar a malos e indeseables resultados. Para evitar cualquier problema, por favor, lea detenidamente esta guía. Su pantalla de amplificación ha sido diseñada para soportar un uso continuado y proporcionarle años de servicio siempre y cuando se utilice de un modo correcto. Es importante que proteja a su bafle del calor excesivo. Para ello, debe seguir unas reglas muy sencillas que le ayudarán a mantener correctamente su pantalla “Terra Nova”.

1. No bloquee las salidas o sistemas de ventilación: Su pantalla ha sido diseñada con un sistema de ventilación que permite que el aire circule correctamente y se eviten daños a largo plazo en los componentes internos. Todas las salidas de ventilación están pensadas para garantizar que su amplificador puede funcionar correctamente durante años. El bloqueo de las salidas y orificios de ventilación no sólo anulará las condiciones de la garantía, sino que sin duda, reducirá la vida útil de su pantalla de amplificación.

2. Carga correcta: Cuando utilice su pantalla junto a un amplificador, asegúrese que la pantalla o una combinación de ellas entran dentro de los límites de potencia del amplificador. A la hora de elegir una pantalla, ésta debe contar como mínimo con la potencia que el amplificador emplea a su máximo rendimiento. También se debe tener en cuenta a la hora de escoger altavoces y amplificadores las impedancias que estos equipos usarán.

Si usted utiliza dos pantallas, es común adquirir dos bafles de 8 Ohm (2X8 Ohm) ya que podrá conectar ambos a la entrada de 4 Ohm del amplificador. No obstante, si usted sólo va a emplear una sola pantalla, lo recomendable es que se decante por una de 4 Ohm en lugar de 8 Ohm. Recuerde que el uso de una carga por debajo de 4 Ohms causará una tensión excesiva en la mayoría de amplificadores del mercado. Por tanto, asegúrese de que la carga de sus bafles no sea inferior a 4 ohmios. Si no está seguro acerca de cualquiera de los ajustes correctos sobre impedancias o de las conexiones de la pantalla a su amplificador, le recomendamos que pida consejo a la tienda en la que ha adquirido sus productos EDEN. Utiliza este equipo de forma segura y considerada, el control de volumen en los amplificadores de gran potencia es tu responsabilidad. Tus oídos y el de los demás que tengan la fortuna de poder escucharte tocar son los instrumentos más preciados que se necesitan para poder disfrutar de tu música.

Si notaras algún tipo de pérdida de audición o molestias en el oído al escuchar cualquier tipo de música a alto volumen o hicieras alguna actividad que implique excesivo ruido, por tu propio bien acude a un médico. Como músico que eres, debes saber que cuidar tus oídos es tan importante como saber tocar tu instrumento; ¡solo tenemos un par de oídos y no hay recambio!

CONFIGURACION DE SU PANTALLA

1. Cuando conecte su pantalla a un amplificador asegúrese de que la pantalla o la combinación de varios bafles que está utilizando tienen la capacidad de potencia suficiente para los requisitos de su amplificador. A modo de guía, en el momento de elegir una pantalla, decántese por una que cuente como mínimo con la misma capacidad de potencia de salida de su amplificador cuando éste trabaja a su máximo rendimiento.

2. Enchufe su amplificador a sólo 1 pantalla. Nunca conecte dos amplificadores a una misma pantalla.

3. EDEN recomienda emplear conectores Speakon cuando se conecta la pantalla a un amplificador. Esto te garantiza la mejor conexión posible y más fiable de tu amplificador.

4. Al utilizar cables jack de ¼ “, utilice únicamente modelos de alta calidad para conectar su equipo. Nunca utilice cables baratos de instrumento, ya que estos proporcionan una inadecuada conexión y se pueden sobrecargar al utilizar un equipo de graves de alta potencia.

5. Sus cables son el eslabón más débil de su equipo. Asegúrese de comprarlos de alta calidad. Cuide de ellos. Si experimenta cortes de sonido o molestos ruidos, reemplace el cable inmediatamente.

Guida Rapida | Cabinet Terra Nova

Prima di collegare o utilizzare il vostro cabinet assicuratevi di sapere come far funzionare correttamente l’unità. Funzionamento o installazione errati potrebbero causare risultati indesiderati o guasti evitabili con la lettura di questa guida.

Il vostro cabinet è stato progettato per offrire prestazioni costanti nel tempo. Al fine di garantire al cabinet anni di funzionamento, è importante proteggerlo dal surriscaldamento. Per fare questo è necessario seguire alcune semplici regole che vi aiuteranno a proteggere il vostro investimento.

1. Non ostruite le aperture nè disabilitate i sistemi di ventilazione. Il vostro cabinet è stato progettato con un sistema di ventilazione che consente all’aria di circolare sui componenti presenti all’interno. Fori di ventilazione e porte sono progettati per garantire il funzionamento dell’amplificatore fino alla sua capacità massima per il più lungo tempo possibile. Bloccare i fori di ventilazione o disabilitare tutte le ventole, non solo invalida la garanzia, ma quasi certamente ridurrà la durata del vostro cabinet.

2. Carico adeguato: Quando abbinate un cabinet con un amplificatore assicuratevi che il cabinet o la combinazione di cabinet in uso abbiano abbastanza potenza per soddisfare i vostri requisiti. Come principio, quando scegliete un cabinet dovreste controllare che abbia almeno la stessa potenza massima dell’amplificatore. Ricordate: un carico inferiore a 4 Ohm causerà stress all’amplificatore. Assicuratevi sempre che il carico totale minimo non scenda mai sotto 4 Ohm.

In caso di dubbi riguardo le impedenze o qualsiasi altra cosa abbia a che fare con il vostro amplificatore, rivolgetevi al rivenditore presso cui avete effettuato l’acquisto: sarà più che felice di consigliarvi.

L’attrezzatura che avete acquistato è stata sviluppata per amplificare il suono e in alcuni casi potrebbe offrire livelli di volume non adatti per l’uso in spazi ristretti o senza protezione dell’udito.

Ogni parte di un equipaggiamento Eden è progettata per prestazioni eccezionali e, come altri prodotti ad alte prestazioni, in certe situazioni potrebbe operare a livelli al di fuori dei requisiti o delle capacità dell’utente.

Utilizzate questa apparecchiatura in modo sicuro e accurato, ricordando che il controllo del volume sui wattaggi elevati degli amplificatori di potenza è vostra responsabilità.

Le vostre orecchie e quelle di chi vi sente suonare sono gli strumenti più importanti per ascoltare la musica. Qualora si verificassero disturbi all’udito o problemi durante l’ascolto di musica ad alto volume vi consigliamo di consultare un medico.

Come musicisti mantenere l’udito in buono stato è importante quanto essere in grado di suonare lo strumento. Ricordate che avete soltanto un paio di orecchie!

Configurazione Cabinet

1. Quando abbinate un cabinet ad un amplificatore assicuratevi che il cabinet o la combinazione di cabinet in uso abbiano abbastanza potenza per soddisfare i vostri requisiti. Di norma, quando scegliete un cabinet dovreste controllare che abbia almeno la stessa potenza massima dell’amplificatore.

2. Collegate il vostro amplificatore in una sola presa sul cabinet, non collegate mai 2 amplificatori in un unico cabinet.

3. Eden consiglia di utilizzare connettori Speakon per il collegamento ad un amplificatore. Questo offrirà il miglior collegamento possibile al vostro amplificatore per un sistema più affidabile.

4. Quando utilizzate prese jack da ¼” con cavi jack, usate solo cavi di alta qualità per collegare il sistema. Non utilizzate cavi a buon mercato o strumentali poiché forniscono una connessione inadeguata e possono essere sovraccaricati quando si utilizzano apparecchiature per basso ad alta potenza.

5. I cavi sono l’anello più debole del vostro sistema; assicuratevi di acquistare il meglio che potete permettervi e prendetevi cura di loro. Se notate che il cavo è tagliato o genera disturbi audio durante l’utilizzo, sostituitelo immediatamente.

Ricordate che la maggior parte degli amplificatori offrono potenze diverse a seconda dell’impedenza del carico collegata. L’impedenza dei vostri cabinet è quel carico rappresentato dal numero 4 o 8 seguito dal Ohm (impedenza) o dal simbolo Ω.

楽器を接続する前に

クイックスタート・ガイド | Terra Nova　スピーカーキャビネット

製品を使用する前に、必ず正しい操作方法を本書で確認してください。誤った操作や接続は望ましくない動作や故障の原因と

なります。

本製品は長期間に渡り安全に使用出来るように設計されていますが、過熱によるダメージからアンプを守ることはとても重要で

す。末永くご愛用頂くためには、必ず下記のルールをお守りください。

1. 通気孔を塞がないでください。本製品はキャビネット内部の換気ができるように設計されています。通気孔やポートは、製品

が長時間に渡り最大能力で動作できるように搭載されています。通気孔を塞ぐことは製品の寿命を縮めるだけでなく、保証

対象外となります。

2. 抵抗値と許容入力値：アンプとスピーカーキャビネットを組み合わせる際には、接続するキャビネット（またはキャビネット達）

が十分な許容入力値（最低でもアンプ側の最大出力値と同等）であることが必要です。またスピーカーとアンプを選ぶ際に

は各機材のインピーダンス（抵抗値）も注意が必要です。例えばTerra Novaアンプヘッドの最大性能を引き出すには4Ωの

インピーダンス（抵抗値）で接続する必要があり、4Ω×１台または８Ω×２台のスピーカーキャビネットを接続することで最大

性能を引き出すことができます。8Ω×1台でも使用できますが、出力は低下します。4Ω×2台や4Ω＋8Ωの組み合わせで

は使用できません。

注意：真空管パワーアンプ以外のベースアンプには最小抵抗値が設定されており、それ以下で接続/使用するとアンプに過剰

な負荷がかかり故障の原因となります。接続するスピーカーキャビネットの抵抗値の合計がアンプヘッドの最小抵抗値以下にな

っていないことを確認してください。

接続するアンプヘッドの最小抵抗値や仕様が不明な場合は、国内販売元またはご購入店へご相談ください。

1. アンプとスピーカーキャビネットを組み合わせる際には、接

続するキャビネット（またはキャビネット達）が十分な許容入

力値（最低でもアンプ側の最大出力値と同等）であることが

必要です。

2. 2つのアンプヘッド出力を1台のスピーカーキャビネットへ接

続しないでください。2つ目の端子はもう1台のスピーカーキ

ャビネットとリンク接続させる場合にのみ使用します。

3. アンプヘッドとスピーカーキャビネットとの接続には信頼性

の高いスピコンタイプのスピーカーケーブルのご使用をお

すすめします。

4. 1/4“タイプのスピーカーケーブルを使用する場合は、でき

るだけ高品質の物をご使用下さい。品質の低いものや楽器

用シールドケーブルは接触不良を起こしたり、高出力のベ

ースアンプで使用した場合にはアンプにダメージを与える

だけでなく、火災などの重大な事故を引き起こす場合がご

ざいますので絶対に使用しないでください。

5. スピーカーケーブルの取扱いには十分に注意を払ってくだ

さい。使用中にノイズや音切れなどを感じた場合はすぐに

使用を中止し、新しい物へ交換してください。

アンプとの接続にはどちらか片方のみを使用し

てください。

キャビネットを2台接続する場合

多くのアンプ（真空管パワーアンプの物を除く）は接続するスピーカーキャビネットのインピーダンスにより出力が変化します。ス

ピーカーキャビネットのインピーダンスは「Ω」で表され、お使いのキャビネットに表示されています。お使いのキャビネットが1台

の場合は、そこに表示されているΩ数がそのままアンプへのインピーダンスとなります。

你的箱体在设计上已经确保了长久的使用。为了确保你的箱体能长期地工作，很重要的一点就是确保箱体不要过热。要

做到这一点并保护你的宝贵投资，只需遵循以下几条简单的规则：

切勿堵塞通风口或禁用通风系统。你的箱体有一个通风系统，它可以让空气在箱体内部的零部件之间循环流动。通风口

是用来确保音箱有最长久的使用寿命并发挥出最大的效能。堵塞通风口不仅会让产品的保修失效，还会不可避免地减少

箱体的使用寿命。

正确的负载：当针对箱头来配置箱体时，请确保箱体或几个箱体的组合有足够的功率承受能力。这里有一个指导方针，

配置你的箱体


1. 当针对箱头来配置箱体时，请确保箱体或几个箱体的组

合有足够的功率承受能力。这里有一个指导方针，就是

所选箱体的最小功率承受能力必须与箱头的满功率输出

相同。

2. 将箱头输出只接到箱体的一个插口上，切勿在一个箱体

上接两台箱头。另外的插口是用来串连额外的箱体的。

3. Eden建议通过Speakon接口将箱体连接到箱头上。这种最

稳固的连接方式能带来最可靠的设备配置。

4. 当使用１／４英寸插头的连接线时，请只使用高质量的

连接线。切勿使用便宜的连接线或插头，因为这样会导

致不够充分的连接，还会在使用高功率贝斯设备时造成

过载。

5. 你的连接线是设备中最薄弱的环节，所以请确保你在经

济承受范围内购买的是最好的连接线并妥善保管好它
