Ecorub AB finally released its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2011, posting a startling loss of 1.9 million SEK (Swedish krona). For the fiscal year 2011, it reported 6.2 million SEK (Swedish krona) on sales.

Ecorub also loosed money previous years. In the year 2010 Ecorub AB losses

were 2.9 million Swedish krona. The Ecorub AB report for the year 2008 said that the company was in the red 1.4 million Swedish krona (SEK).

In 2006 EcoRub AB (formerly Rerub AB) bought a patent covering technology

for recycling of discarded tires by mixing rubber powder with plastics. The aim is to sell the patent rights to the companies in EU. The inventor Edgar A Gonzalez Creston Ohio USA owner and the CEO of Synesis LLC www.ecoflexrtpv.com has patented US 6,031,009 an identical patent in USA.
