    Speaker Biographies:

    kt:Diane Stegmeieris Founder and CEO o StegmeierConsulting Group, a globally-recognized leader in

    workplace change management. Diane is best known

    or her extensive research on resistance to workplace

    change and her discovery o the 15 Critical Inuences

    impacting behaviour in the workplace. She is author o Innovations in Oce

    Design: The Critical Inuence Approach to Efective Work Environments, which

    was ranked the #1 Workplace Strategy Book by Amazon readers. Diane is an

    international speaker on workplace change and is a jury member or the

    World Architecture News Awards programme.

    Richard Mazuch is known as the listening architect

    and is bringing what has been learned in the elds o

    education and healthcare about psychological and

    physiological efects o colour, light, views, smell and

    sound to the modern oce. Richard practices the art

    o creating experiences in architecture. He is Senior

    Director responsible or research & development, design

    excellence and major projects at Nightingale Associates, and has 33 years

    experience in private and public architecture in the UK and overseas.

    Andy Lake is a specialist in smart and exible working.

    He has worked in the eld since 1994, and is editor

    o Flexibility.co.uk. Andy is the author o the Gower

    published Smart Flexibility: Moving Smart and Flexible

    Working rom Theory to Practice, an engaging and

    practical management book to help organisations

    implement Smart Working, and which takes a business-

    ocused approach to Flexible Working. Andy is currently engaged in a study

    on the Future o Work and its impacts and will be discussing the issues with

    our guests.
