or because they are mixed with other materials with chemical behavior."Only a small percentage is recycled, around 32% for plastic packaging and around 23% for all

plastic. On the other hand, current number of the plastic bags that are still used here (in Europe) is approximately 95 billion pieces.

That means that we have large quantities thrown away, buried or burned, which means waste of raw materials and energy. "

About Us - Our Philosophy

The potential production of the company reaches 1.000.000 bags monthly.

Production

Printing is made by the process of Flexography (Flexo).

Our technological equipment is contemporary.

Our equipment consists of two printing presses, one of which contemporary type stack, with eelectronically controlled edging system provide us the

ability to print with full coverage, from 1-6 colors and CMYK printing (image) in high resolution, with wide variety of anilox analysis.

Printing TechnologyWith our contemporary equipment and experienced staff, we can print colors according to the Pantone colour guide.

With our infrastructure and expertise, we are able to process any demanding task.

Photopolymer cliches application in metal sleeves for printing.

The Flexo inks we use are inks water based*, water soluble and do not contain alcoholic solvents (Ecological).

They have very low odor, high abrasion resistance, high overlay and gloss.

* Water based inks are in line with the European directive EN 646for products that are in contact with foods.

The glues we use, are completely odorless.

Furthermore there is the ability to print the inside of the bag.

Printing process: KFC delivery bag.

Our company imports raw material (paper), exclusively from EU companies, FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council), i. e. Forest Management Certified.

These papers have been certified according to ISO 9001 quality management system and the environmental management systemISO 14000.

That way we protect the Environment and maintain the quality of our products with consistency.

Moreover we meet the appropriate standards for food contact and transfer.

Raw material - Paper

Types of paper in rolls.

1. White kraft paper.Grammage: 80 to 110 gsmMG Kraft-type paper. It is made of a long pulp fiber net, which was mechanically processed (Machine Glazed). These papers are distinguished for their high strength, stability, high stiffness and satine surface.

2. Brown ribbed kraft paper.Grammage: 80 to 110 gsmMG Kraft-type paper. It is made of a long pulp fiber net.These papers are distinguished for their high strength, good stability, high rigidity. It is a double sided paper with excellent satine texture. The paper can be printed on both sides.

3. Brown flat kraft paper.Grammage: 80 to 120 gsmSame features as the above paper with same sides, but greater strength and no ribbed.

4. White Coated paper. Grammage: 120 gsmCoated paper whose one side has been treated in a distinct way, especialadditives are introduced to the paper to obtain high gloss and opacity. Double sided paper withdifferent facets.

The handle can be printed relatively to the shade of the bag background for consistency.
