State-Wide Loan Programs

Interest rates as low as Prime Rate based on loan application.

West Virginia Small Business Fund: Initially funded through a grant from the WV Infrastruc-ture & Jobs Development Council. Loans avail-able from $5,000–$50,000. Loan terms be-tween 36 and 180 months. Available state-wide.

West Virginia Micro Loan Program: Loans ranging from $1,000–$35,000 with a term not to exceed 72 months. Available state-wide. Initially funded by the West Virginia SBDC.

Loans for Southern WV

Revolving Loan Program: Financing and tech-nical assistance designed to stimulate start-ups, foster expansion, and increase creation and retention of jobs in select counties in south-ern West Virginia.*

Loans are available from $25,000–$215,000 with a term not to exceed 20 years.

Program initially funded through a grant from the U.S.D.A. Rural Development.

*Businesses must be in Boone, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo or Wyoming County.

Loans from $1,000 to $215,000
