Nowadays, Environmental pollution is the most serious problem in the world.

To contribute to prevent environmental pollution, BBN invited highly developed incinerator with 50

years experience and accumulated technology (Know-How) and stated global business about

marvelous polymer incinerator.

By keeping the temperature in the incinerator at 1250 ℃, It pyrolyzes harmful materials

like dioxin perfectly.

As a result, We don’t need stovepipe in the incinerator because there’s no smoke and smell.

EURUS incinerator can burn all waste 100 % from household waste to polymer materials

such as PCB, plastic, tire, polystyrene and wet foods.

Q. How much ash will remain after incinerating?

A: Approximately 1/400 of burning waste.

Q. What is the form and use of ash?

A: Complete ash comes out in minute particle and it is very soft. Therefore you can

sprinkle it in the garden or gather the ashes to make brick , tile , materials for

ceramic and etc.

Q. How much electricity does it use?

A: It does not need electricity for incinerating, only needs for running the motor in the

fan blowing. It is 3P 200V/200W. .

Q. How often do I have to change the pole which is key component?

A: You can use it for about 2 years .

Q. How long can I use the incinerator?

A: You can use it for about 10 years .

Q. How long can I get A/S ?

A: We provide A/S for 1 year for free, and after 1 year you need to pay for A/S .

Q. What is dioxin standard?

A: It is 0.061ng TEQ/m3N(Refer to the attached file). It is only 10% of “Saitama, Japan”

standard which is the strictest standard in Japan (There is no harmful materials,

because the waste is incinerated completely in high temperature (about 1250 ℃ )

Q. Can I put waste consecutively or close the cover when I use?

A: Yes , You can.

Q. How long does it take to incinerate the waste if the incinerator is full?

A: It depends on the type of waste, but usually it takes about 10-20 minutes.

Q. How much waste is incinerated per day?

A: It is about 1.5 Ton ~ 2 Ton . Under the criteria for one day

(for 8 hour period , usual trash ) / volume

Q. What kind of waste can I incinerate?

A: All waste can be incinerated except stone, steel, and glass.

Q. Which company use this incinerator in Japan?

A: There are many companies such as Toshiba, National agricultural cooperative Federation and

companies that produce automobile parts, electronic components or Ink. Also , Welfare

facilities in Hokkaido, Okinawa and Administrative agencies in Osaka, Nagoya are using the

incinerator. We are really sorry, but we can’t tell the list in detail because of information

security.

Q. How can I check the incinerator?

A: You can demonstrate it at our plant in KOREA.

Q. What is the temperature of running incinerator?

A: It’s about 1250 ℃.

Q. What is the type of this incinerator?

A: It is high temperature and Polymer incinerating type.

(Low temperature pyrolysis type uses water so It requires drainage system and re-inspection)
