How to make a dress from recycled

newspapers and magazines

MATERIALS I choose to make a two-piece dress:

- Skirt- Corset

For skirt I used:

-recyled newspaper

-velcro

-stapler

-scissors

For corset I used:

-recycled magazines

-special sewing thread

-velcro

SKIRT

Step 1: I took a sheet of newspaper and I packed it. I measured my waist and I packed another sheet of newspaper. I stapled both sheets in the middle.

Step 2: I packed another sheet of newspaper and I cut it in the middle so I got two pieces. I stapled them on the first piece. I made many pieces and I stapled them on the first band.

Step 3: To give color I painted skirt belt.

THE CORSET Step 1: I took a sheet of magazine, I measured and I cut her. Then I

started again to pack. I obtained more pieces.

Step 2: I combined the pieces and I obtained a long string. I made more strings.

Step 3 : After I combined the pieces, I started to sew them.

Step 4: To close the corset I used velcro.
