1. 風力發電的歷史 / Wind Turbine History

很早以前,人類已開始使用風能,早在西元 6 世紀就有了風車的記錄。多年

來,風能技術已應用於抽水、磨糧食、帶動鋸木機,最近已用於風力發電,是現

在世界上發展最快的能源。 近年來風力發電機技術發展迅速。歐洲是這一項高科技產業的中心。風力渦

輪機功率越來越大,最新的渦輪機型號的葉片更長,可以利用更多的風力,發出

更多的電量,從而降低可再生能源發電的成本。 Since earliest times, man has harnessed the power of the wind, with the first mill recorded as long ago as the 6th century AD. The technology has diversified over the years to include pumping water, grinding grain, powering sawmills and most recently generating electricity, now the fastest growing energy sector worldwide. Wind turbine technology has developed rapidly in recent years and Europe is at the hub of this high-tech industry. Wind turbines are becoming more powerful, with the latest turbine models having larger blade lengths which can utilize more wind and therefore produce more electricity, bringing down the cost of renewable energy generation.

在磁場裡轉動將旋轉的能量轉化成電能。 Generating electricity from the wind is simple: Wind passes over the blades exerting a turning force. The rotating blades turn a shaft inside the nacelle, which goes into a gearbox. The gearbox increases the rotation speed for the generator, which uses magnetic fields to convert the rotational energy into electrical energy.

3. 風力發電機是怎麼發電的 / How Does a Wind Turbine

Work?

風力渦輪機(發電機)利用自然風來驅動發電機產生電力。 風力是一種潔淨和可

持續的燃料來源, 它無排放,也不會枯竭,因為風力有太陽能不斷的補充。

風力渦輪機在很多方面來說是自然進化的傳統風車。但現在通常有三個葉片, 在一個鋼塔的頂端繞著一個水準中心旋轉。大多數的風力渦輪機在風速 3-4 米/秒開始發電(8 英里一小時); 在風速 15 米/秒(30 英里每小時)左右產生最大的

額定功率; 在風速達到 25 米/秒(50 英里每小時)或以上時,為了防止風暴的

破壞,風力渦輪機關閉。

Wind turbines produce electricity by using the natural power of the wind to drive a generator. The wind is a clean and sustainable fuel source, it does not create emissions and it will never run out as it is constantly replenished by energy from the sun. In many ways, wind turbines are the natural evolution of traditional windmills, but now typically have three blades, which rotate around a horizontal hub at the top of a steel tower. Most wind turbines start generation electricity at wind speeds of around 3-4 meters per second(m/s), (8 miles per hour); generate maximum ‘rated’ power at around 15m/s(30mph); and shut down to prevent storm damage at 25m/s or above(50mph).

5. 連接及安裝 / Connect and setup

5.1 安裝 / Setup

5.1.1 電站線路板 / Power Station PCB board

取出電站線路板 (4. Item3), 把紅色及黑色的香蕉式插座(4. Item6) 由線路板正面穿入, 再用螺絲母在線路板背面加以鎖緊固定, 紅色安裝在+VE位置, 黑色安裝在-VE 位置. Take out the Power Station PCB board (4. Item3), plug the red and black color Banner socket into to hole of the PCB from component sign to soldering sign, then fix by the nuts, the red color socket in +VE, black color socket in –VE.

5.1.2 接線線路板 / Connection PCB board

取出接線線路板(4. Item4), 把兩條 24 位免螺絲式接線端子排(4 item5) 以背靠

背型式插在線路板正面, 使其接片在底面穿出。 Take out the Connection PCB board (4 item4), plug the pins of 24-pins Screw-free type terminal (4 item5) as back-to-back side.

用電鉻鐵及錫線把各接片銲接在線路板底面的焊點上。

Use the soldering iron and solder fix the pins on the solder spot.

5.1.3 發電機固定及接線 / Fix Generator and wiring

以鋁, 木, 紙卡做出風葉形狀併固定在小發電機轉軸上。

Make the fan blades by Aluminum, wood, hard paper, and fix on the rotating shaft of the generator.

注意發電機的旋轉方向及正 / 負電壓位置, 紅線為正, 黑線為負

Make sure the rotation direction the generator, red color wire for positive, black color wire for negative.

把安裝好風葉的發電機固定在金屬片條或木條上(可使用熱膠槍), 再把固定有發

電機的金屬片條或木條固定在框架 (4 item1) 上。 把各發電機後部的紅、黑電線連接到接線線路板上位於 input 的 24 位免螺絲式

接線端子孔中。 Fix the generator on a metal or wood slip ( could be use glue gun), then fix the slip with generator on the Framework (4 item1). Connect the red and black color wire on the back of generator into the hole of 24-pins Screw-free type terminal on the input side. 用手指或小按住端子上方橙色按鍵, 把銀色線頭插入孔中, 放開橙色按鍵把線頭

夾住,輕拉電線確定。 Press the orange button on the terminal hole by finger or small slotted screwdriver.

把所有發電機電線如上述方式接好。再把紅色及黑色 1.5 米單插頭線(4 item9)如上述方式方 output 的 24 位元免螺絲式接線端子孔中。 Connect the output wire of the generators into the terminal, then use the same method as above to connect the 1.5Meter Banner head wire (4 item9) into the terminal holes on the output side.

成為如下圖的線路 / Finish as below diagram:

5.2 連接 / Connection 風力矩陣透過把發電機已不同的組合連接 (串聯 / 並聯) 從而達到最佳效能。 通過電站線路板上 connector 位置上的插座與插線的配合從而達到組合連接。 Wind matrix is connects from the generator in different circuit type ( in-series / in-parallel ) in order to optimal the performance of the power output. Use the banners socket on the “Connector” area and the banner wires could be form the circuits.
