This team will manage the various strategies (projects and activities) that would lead to the LC’s development in all areas, either they are national or local strategies

SELECTION CRITERIA Team Member Experience. #this is applicable to all roles Team Leader experience (within or outside the organization). #this is applicable to Expansions responsible Worked with the Exchange team or should have gone on Exchange preferably. #this is applicable to Expansions Responsible only Should have attended an international or national conference in the year 2014. #this is applicable to all roles Should have a good understanding of the AIESEC Experience and implementation. #this is applicable to all roles Should have a full knowledge of the national strategies in his/her functional area. #this is applicable to all roles Should have a full understanding of the current state of the LC. #this is applicable to all roles
Please make sure you have converted the Application to PDF format before sending, please go through all instructions in the guide. Document 1: Executive Summary In one page summarize your whole application; make sure you make a connection with your theme of the year. Document 2: CV Give us all the important and relevant information we need to know about you, your AIESEC journey, other jobs you have had, your contact details etc. (1 page). Document 3: Questionnaire There are 3 sections in the part. Carefully read and answers should be brief and concise and not more than four lines where possible.

(ii) Describe five innovative ways in which this functional area can drive in finances into the LC (iii) As you may already know, AIESEC sells intangible products. In what ways would you proffer solutions to challenges faced in the course of promoting/selling AIESEC’s products? Start by naming the intangible products and then proffer solutions to the challenges/difficulties. (iv) How would you measure the impact of an investment and the ROI? (v) Which program will you think is not profitable for your LC? Why? (vi) Please explain how will you link AIESEC with target market in business sector?
