Terms and Conditions:o Service tax of 10.3% is applicable on all charges & may vary as per government rules and regulationso Annual Maintenance Charges with service tax due will be deducted upfront by EBS before Payment

Gateway set on LIVE Mode.

o No separate bank account is required for acquiring online funds. Funds can be transferred to the existing current account of your Banks branch through NEFT (National Electronic funds transfer)

o Payment for your online transactions will be settled by T + 2 by our Nodal Bank - Citibank (i.e.:- On 2nd Banking day after the transaction is captured )

o 30% of each settlement amount will be held as reserve for a period of 180 days.o Settlement of funds will be done after satisfactory verification of transactions.
