The Original Challenge: "EbolaWatch.io - conflict and viral danger early warning system" Ebola Watch App and Mechanism should be dealing with automatic processing and analyses of any accessible data like the humanitarian and medical data as they become available. Also it should consider external submissions of warnings/data, and likely be available in form of mobile application and fieldwork gear/unit. The basic approach for the system to starts reacting on the imminent treat within 500km radius of operational and registered frontline fieldwork of people or devices. One of the simplest and most possible basic form of communication would be SMS (from an online platform), of course among other ways . Early alert system for infectious viral diseases which are on rise due to the global state of the climate.
