- Minimum 3 years of working in a marketing agency environment as an AccountSupervisor or Account Manager or within a Marketing department;

- Excellent skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required

- Bachelors Degree or College Diplomas with a Business, Marketing and/or related

discipline

- Organized team-player with ability to work well under pressure, meet tight

deadlines and deal effectively under stress

- Experience developing marketing communications material including writing

breifs and strong creative assessment ability is a strong asset

- Naturally analytical and proactive

- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills required

- Superial project management skills, detail orientation & ability to problem solve

and multi-task

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point

- Restaurant, bar, lounge, golf course clubhouse marketing experience is an asset

Marketing, Communication & Design

- Coordination and project management of all marketing, advertisement and PR

campaigns of GOLFZON Canada Inc. and GOLFZON PARK store locations,

including online (SNS, online ad) and offline (broadcasting media, radio,

newspaper, community)

- Manage and execute in-store communicaton elements for GOLFZON Canada Inc.

and GOLFZON PARK store locations across Canada including creation and

managing of marketing collateral and point of purchase material within both

consumer and business segments

- To coordinate and report all marketing budgets, including processing of

estimates and invocies, generation of purchase orders, on-going budget

reconciliations, and coordination with partners and vendors to ensure a seamless

and efficient financial process

- Keep director and manager and agency partners informed of project status via

formalized regular status report or meeting

- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver detailed agency briefs,

manage various internal timelines, to ensure business objectives and execute with

excellence

- Partner with other Marketing Communications disciplines to ensure

- Represent the company at exhibitions and promotional events as required

- Produce all admin relating to quotes and confirmed events, ensure filing is

carried out within the company guidelines and standards.

- Ensure accurate and through communication is maintained with all other

departments and GOLFZON PARK stores.

- Partner with multiple external advertising agencies

- Communicate creative feedback to agencies, and amange asset requirements as

well as project timelines

- Continually drive innovation, creativity and process improvements

- Project management of timelines, budgets and approvals

- Create and deliver impactful presentations
