Industry Secrets
Burger King• BK Fish Sandwich and fries have a whopping 1,000
calories – nearly half of your daily caloric intake! Fish is only healthy when it’s not breaded and fried in partially hydrogenated oil.
Pizza Hut• A standard pizza in Italy contains 500-800 calories, but
the same meal at Pizza Hut can top 2,100 calories! You would need to ride a stationary bike for 3 hours to burn off this meal!
Cold Stone Creamery• You can save 40 calories and 2 grams of fat by choosing
shaved chocolate, not chocolate chips, as your topping!
Olive Garden and Outback
• Neither of these restaurants provide nutritional information on their menu items…wonder why?
• Olive Garden – a plate of Grilled Chicken Marsala has 1,315 calories and 86 grams of fat!
• Outback – the Aussie Cheese Fries have an unbelievable 2,900 calories making it the single WORST food in America!
