However, most information is optional. When you complete a work

Other features of the Work Order
EasyMaint record and track costs, every cost of labor, parts and services and miscellaneous cost used in maintenance.
The reports have detailed the actual expenditure budget by cost center compared with the programmed budget.
The ability to plan work orders graphically presents the work of the day, week, or month and just drag and drop. Users can reschedule work orders, assigning internal labor or contract with a single button mouse.
The user can select predefined or calculate priorities in order to organize and prioritize work orders to perform.
Changes are recorded for audit, if a work order is changed after its creation, is
marked as corrected automatically and displays the user the time and date the work order was corrected.
If in stock doesn´t have allocated the necessary parts, select another store with stock and (permit required) use the necessary parts.
Registration of downtime is used for production downtime and Maintenance.
The Work Orders can be re-opened with special permission on security, leaving identified in the log that the Work Order was re-opened, for a need to make corrections or add information.

Work Orders are also classified by their status: Requested, Approved, Scheduled, Started, Completed and Cancelled. The status of the Work Orders is color coded for quick identification.

EasyMaint gives users the ability to request maintenance work in the following ways:
The work applications can be registered from a Call Center that centralizes the monitoring function.
Each user that reports the service request can also directly record: o Through EM Request module for the EasyMaint intranet. o Through the internet by sending an e-mail from Outlook or other email program by sending SMS
message to EasyMaint ( Requires optional module EasyMaint mail server) o Applications are sent to the maintenance department and shown on EasyMaint alerts. o Resources are allocated for their care, can be internal or external service providers.

EasyMaint offers a veriety of ways to create, edit and creat work order programs. It is possible to generate Work Order Programs with different criteria, it allows to create quickly, visualize the virtual programming.
You can select all the programs or a subset that meet the criteria of programming. This is useful if the asset has unexpectedly dropped and wants to make programs planned in conjunction with any need of repair.
Other features of Scheduling
Automatic Programming. Automatically create and print Work Orders that fall within a certain range of date or meter Reading based on a criteria or in
the same program.
You can identify the period of time to consider for the calculation of average advances counters.
Off Calendar – Specify the day of the year as holidays or days on which the company will be closed. Work orders will not be scheduled to this day.

Scheduling automatically generates work orders based on time (days, weeks, months or years) based on meter or counter readings and based on the last time a procedure was performed , scheduled or completed.
The user can either use a combination of criteria to schedule works. When scheduling preventive
maintenance routines, your organization will begin to experience the benefits of using EasyMaint, reducing down time, fewer failures and repairs cost and effectiveness in managing staff resources.
The calendars are automatically calculated and can be displayed graphically.
Other features of Maintenance Scheduling
Methods of Scheduling: You can Schedule work orders on scheduled dates or late counters or completed. You can also fixed dates where you choose, using a graphical calendar when the work order is scheduled.
Exception of parts: Notes of exceptions will be created if the schedule needs a part that it is not available on stock.
Warranty Coverage: Assets covered under warranty will be notified. This list may be reviewed or printed.
Programming Details: A request of EasyMaint will show the programs that haven´t been realized, and a reason why they have not been performed.

Maintenance departments depend on work orders to ensure that the work is done in an efficient and timely manner.
Although most of the planning work orders are often made for some days, weeks, etc. there are assets that must be performed by a counter who has built such as units, which have an odometer (km) and preventive maintenance are done when they reach a certain frequency of miles.
Another case are derived from maintenance inspections and meter readings collected controlled by minimums and maximums

The Maintenance Master Plan of EasyMaint is a powerful tool that enables to view flexibly and quickly the situation of all Works.
The works are represented by color codes that indicate the status of work orders, grouped by each of the 52 weeks of the year. To query the Maintenance Master Plan, filters have been provided, they will allow us to quickly locate a set of jobs and get all the details of the Work Order to verify the information.

Multiple Warehouses / Multiple Locations
EasyMaint maintains and manages multiple
warehouses. A Stock part can be stored in several number of warehouses. Each warehouse can have any number of locations and the same Stock part can be stored in more than one warehouse (primary parts, etc).
EasyMaint also manage your multiple entities
inventory, such as warehouses, and transfer parts between them, is simple (for which security is required). When looking for a piece, you can search your site (default) or select any number of places to look. Each site is displayed with the piece, the store, the location and amount of parts available to be used (not set aside for a work order).

Physical Inventory
The physical inventory process makes parts counting faster and easier. Create a parts list based on a combination of criteria of parts (ABC Code, stores, locations, etc). Print the list, count the parts, and quickly enter the account on the system. You can print a report and then update the inventory physically.
Inventory Adjustments
With EasyMaint Inventory module, each number, location or cost change is recorded as inventory adjustment that can be checked later to see exactly how the pieces have been used.
•Use the code bar module of EasyMaint to quickly enter inventory movements.
•Maintenance of Multi-Site parts: Transfer from one place to another or find the parts elsewhere in the organization (according to security allowed).
•Create adjustments: Enter parts orders, parts received, or pieces aside for work orders. Enter the price of a supplier or the unit cost of a piece.
•Review adjustments: For audit purposes you can review all adjustments made to inventory. In this way will be continuously informed which parts have been adjusted, where was the adjustment occurred and by whom.

EasyMaint provides a module for the control of tools assigned to the maintenance resources, tool warehouses can be defined for its classification, the employee or contractor can request the tools to the Tools Warehouse. The warning reorder reports are exactly what it is needed to order, including parts needed for work orders. EasyMaint purchasing system can take this list and automatically create purchase orders with just one click.
The planning module will help make purchasing an easy way to purchase our desired horizon, based on demand or Reorder (maximums or minimums)

control its vehicular fleet, EasyMaint
provides a module for the management of fuel and other fluids.
The fuel delivery is done through the registration of tickets. Consumption, performance and maintenance costs of the vehicle fleet are automatically
calculated by EasyMaint.
If the company has its own tanks for fluids, this module is fully integrated in the module of Inventory and Purchasing.
Additionally EasyMaint has the possibility of incorporating the codes VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards).
For companies that need to control their vehicle fleet, EasyMaint also provides a module for Tire Inspection.
You can define templates for assembly and rotation of the wheels. Mileage control of each wheel is calculated automatically from the route record in the fuel ticket.
