Spokes.

Length to equal wheel ID

Drill to fit axle ODand cut slot

Alignment Fixture .. Make 2 using stock that ius the thickness of the wheel.

IE: 1/4 thick wheel ring 1/8 thick fixture pieces.

Space at 1/8 betweenwashers
