They can accept or reject their schedule by clicking a button.

Each volunteer types in their availability. When you schedule events, you can see who is available and who isn’t. Press a button and the software sends an email to everyone telling them what their role is and when they’re needed. They respond by accepting or rejecting the schedule. So you know who is coming and who needs re-scheduling.
