Continuous → Active Form Passive Form

Present Continuous Subject + am/is/are + verb + ing + Obj. Obj. → Subj. + am/is/are + being + verb (P.P) + by + Obj. Past Continuous Subject + was/were + verb + ing + Obj Obj. → Subj. + was/were + being + verb (P.P) + by + Obj. Perfect → Active Form Passive Form

One touch :

N/B-1 : 1. In the passive form, there will always use P.P form in verb. 2. Perfect continuous tense can not changed into passive. 3. Sentence should be in passive form when subject cannot work itself. 4. Modal Verbs = could/should/would/might etc.
