Please be informed that only REGULAR EMPLOYEES are entitled to the SL and VL.
Salary deduction will be implemented for Probationary Employees who avail of the SL or VL.
All requests for SL and VL need prior Management approval.
Vacation Leaves should be filed at least 5 days in advance.
They can be requested & approved through Employee Self Service (BambooHR) after Management’s approval. Filing of sick leave should be done on the day the employee is back to work. It should be filed in the Employee Self Service. Working from home should really be an exception. Filing a request for working from home should be for a good reason, bad weather, heavy traffic or handiness is NOT. Any work from home not approved will be declared Sick Leave orVacation Leave. Work from home should be filed 2 days in advance.

We are working 8 hours a day with 1 hour break for lunchtime. We offer a flexible work scheme in which we expect everyone to be in the office during the core working hours of 10am to 5pm. The remaining hours can be chosen freely. Not showing off during these core working hours without pre-approval will lead to take a pro-rated vacation leave. Overtime work or night shift work will be only under request and should be pre-approved by Management.
