Every year on Easter morning, one special bunny wakes up very, very early.First he decorates many, many Easter eggs. He gives them spots, and stripes, a squiggles, and zigzags, and lines.

But the Easter bunny isnt finished after he hides his eggs. He goes back to his house, and starts to bake! Cookies, cupcakes, chocolate eggs, even...chocolate rabbits! His house smells delicious!

He takes all of his sweets, and all of his treats, and bundles them up in baskets.

Next he hops from house to house, so each kid can have an Easter surprise.

When the sun comes up, the Easter Bunny is very tired, so he hops home, and takes a nap.

But when children start to wake up, he does too.

He hops to a window, so he can watch kids look at their Easter baskets.

This is Tim. Look! He got three chocolate eggs, 4 strawberry cupcakes, some jelly beans, and of course, a big chocolate rabbit! Oh, hes very excited.

Next, the Easter bunny hops to a field, and hides in the bushes.

He watches the children run, and play, and hunt for his eggs.

Look! Its Tim again! Hes the winner! Hes got fifteen eggs...and one is GOLDEN!

It makes the Easter bunny very happy to see the children have so much fun. He cant wait for next years batch of beautiful Easter eggs, and yummy Easter sweets!
