24 years before Staff Sgt. James Penniston first publicly discussed details in 2010

of the December 26, 1980, telepathic download with binary code he received

in Rendlesham Forest near RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge after he

and Airman 1st Class John Burroughs were overwhelmed by a bright white light

September 25, 2015 - Albuquerque, New Mexico - Recently John Burroughs sent me a

link to a document on the Central Intelligence Agency website that is entitled: “Approved

For Release August 8, 2000 by CIA — REMOTE VIEWING SESSION DATA. The title

page lists the Remote Viewer as “LB.” The “Actual site” target is listed as “Rendlesham

Forest Incident.” The date of the remote viewing session was July 14, 1986.

So I downloaded the 13 pages and called Lyn Buchanan, who I confirmed was the “LB”

remote viewer in the CIA-released document.

Lyn is now retired in Alamogordo, New Mexico, where he is Executive Director of Problem>Solutions>Innovations and manages the controlled remote viewing website,

CRVIEWER.com about accessing information across time and space.

As Lyn explained to me what his words and sketches meant in his 1986 remote viewing

session, on one page originally hand-marked “6” (Part 2), the last notation at the far bottom

right is: “E.T.s.” The next page should have been “7,” but it is missing. Lyn was surprised

when he saw that the next page skipped to “8.”

This 3-part Earthfiles report begins in this Part 1 with background about Lynn Buchanan

and his summary of highlights from his controlled remote viewing and his analysis of what

Some Background

Leonard “Lyn” Buchanan was born in Waco, Texas, on July 28, 1939. He graduated from

Sam Houston High School in Houston, and joined the U. S. Army in 1957. Lyn was

eventually stationed at the McGregor Ranges north of El Paso, Texas, where he worked as

a technician in the Nike Ajax and Nike Hercules guided missiles program. After three

years, Lyn Buchanan left the Army to work for IBM briefly before going to college to earn

a Masters Degree in foreign languages. Then Lyn returned to the U. S. Army in 1962, to be

a Russian, German and Mongolian linguist.

Later on in 1984, Lyn was contacted by the Defense Intelligence Agency’s General Albert

Stubblebine, then in charge of ALL military intelligence gathering for the Army’s Defense

Intelligence Agency. General Stubblebine asked Lyn to join a DIA unit called “DT-S”

based in an old, condemned World War II mess hall at Fort Meade, Maryland, that was

quite separated from the large, shiny National Security Agency complex. There half a

dozen talented men were testing their minds’ abilities to access details about targets

anywhere on Earth.

The DT-S Army unit had been established in 1978 at Fort Meade, by the DIA and SRI

International, once known as the Stanford Research Institute in Palo Alto, California. The

DT-S’s first goal was to research the potential to use psychic abilities to spy. That’s when

the information from DT-S was categorized: SECRET, Level 6, Special Access Project,

Code Word: GONDOLA WISH.

By the time that Lyn Buchanan took General Stubblebine's offer and joined the Army

Defense Intelligence Agency's DT-S, the Code Word had changed to STAR GATE and

remote viewing had become operational to provide the DIA with intelligence collection.

That meant controlled remote viewing was considered valuable enough by then to use in

spy efforts.

After working in the DT-S unit's Project STAR GATE for two and a half years, one day on

July 14, 1986, one of Lyn’s assigned practice targets was: “Rendlesham Forest Incident” at

RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge that had occurred only six years before on December 26-28,

1980.

At that time, Lyn did not know anything about the black, glassy-surfaced triangular craft

that Staff Sgt. Jim Penniston sketched in his notebook in the early morning of December

26, 1980.

That’s when Sgt. Penniston, Airman 1st Class John Burroughs and Airman Ed Cabansag

were following red, blue, orange and white lights in Rendlesham Forest trying to figure outwhat they were. At one point, Penniston and Burroughs were overcome by a flash of

bright, white light. Penniston remembered sketching a black triangle about 9 feet long on

each side with a raised center about 6 ½ feet high. The black triangle seemed suspended

above ground by glowing light.

of binary code and information about time travelers. Sgt. Penniston also said he took

many photographs with his camera of the craft he walked around,

but no one currently knows where the photographs are today.

Sgt. Penniston dragged his fingers along the smooth, shiny surface of the black triangle

until his fingers touched raised symbols at the front of the triangle’s point. That’s when

Penniston received binary code and telepathic communication that this craft was from time

travelers far in the future with a serious genetic problem. Their civilization faced

extinction. Going back in time to Earth was their emergency mission to harvest fresh

genetic material to use as “band-aids” to stay alive in that far future.

Updated and corrected symbol shapes by James Penniston on December 16, 2010,

after Earthfiles discussed his August 26, 1994, hypnosis transcript (below) with Jim.He said the symbols were raised like Braille on the surface of the black, glassy, triangular

craft and each symbol had the texture of sandpaper. The symbols covered a length of about 3 feet

on the craft's surface, each symbol averaging about 3 inches tall, according to hypnosis.

So, Lyn’s controlled remote viewing of the “Rendlesham Forest Incident” on July 14,1986, was 24 years before Sgt. Penniston first publicly discussed the details of his

telepathic download with binary code in 2010.

comments on the CIA-released 13 pages from Lyn's DIA Controlled Remote Viewing of

the “Rendlesham Forest Incident” that you can read in full in Part 2 of this 3-Part Earthfiles

report.

Lyn Buchanan retired from the Defense Intelligence Agency on January 7, 1992,

and received this Certificate of Appreciation from then-U. S. President George W. Bush.

New Mexico: “It’s smooth feeling. It’s rising. It’s going up. And it’s curving.”

“And I mentally ran my hand across it and I got a squeak sound, and I wrote, AOL, which

is analytic overlay,' like greaseless skin on a bannister,' if you’ve ever heard that sound asyou go down steps and you have your hand squeaking on the bannister.”

“Anyway, on the next page is a sketch. This is a Stage 3 sketch. And Stage 3, you don’t just

describe, you sketch what you’re seeing and then can feel around this … and get

impressions of what you have drawn.

“I have black on the outside. …that’s where the black, round, shiny part is. And then right

below black, I have cut away view to the inside… I just sort of cut away the top of this

black shiny thing and look down inside. What I saw was that it was red and had red,

indirect lighting. …is across smooth, rising, hard, manmade.”

“Oh, manmade, was our slang for being manufactured.”

“And so you have natural and manmade, but the manmade does not mean human or man.

Like if you have an ant pile, the dirt is natural, but the ant pile and the ant hole is

manufactured by the ants. And so we would just say manmade.”

“And so whatever this thing was, I knew that it was manufactured. It was not something

natural.”

“I’m no longer in that area that has the dim red lighting. I’m now in yellowish lighting

that’s very dim, and it’s dull, and I’m in a curved place that’s empty. And I realize that I’m

in a passage now.”

“I’m inside this thing. It’s dark, it’s noisy, it’s empty.”

“So I got that the driver of this vehicle is not in the vehicle. He’s somewhere else.”

LIKE THIS OBJECT THAT YOU ARE REMOTE VIEWING IN RENDLESHAM

FOREST COULD BE A DRONE THAT IS NOT MANNED, BUT THAT THE

INTELLIGENCE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS IS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

“Yeah, that’s what I mean, and that’s when I got — AOL break (analytical overlay): ‘Oh,

I’m viewing E.T. s.”

“So move me back to the place with the yellow light.”

“That’s when I got … an incubator. I definitely realized that this young person whatever

was in the place of the yellow light and that it was an incubator.”

Lyn Buchanan's Analysis

“Putting my analyst hat on, I would tend to say from this one session that this craft was

looking for an ideal place and once it found it, that incubator would open up and provide a

living space for whatever was in it.

AND YOU MEAN THAT THE INCUBATOR IN THE BLACK, GLASSY CRAFT,

WHICH IS THE OUTSIDE VERSION WE HAVE FROM THE PENNISTON DRAWING

— IT WOULD THEN DEPOSIT THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE FORMS IN THE

INCUBATOR IN A SITE ON THIS PLANET TO GROW INTO WHATEVER THOSE

EXTRATERRESTRIALS ARE?

That would be the analysis of that one session, yes.

NOW, YOU DID OTHER REMOTE VIEWS ON RAF BENTWATERS LATER ON.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN THERE AND HOW DO OTHER REMOTE VIEWING

SESSIONS YOU DID COMBINED WITH THIS FIRST ONE ADD UP?

I was tasked — not with the interior or anything like that. I was tasked with finding the

power source. In fact, I still didn’t know really what the Bentwater thing was.

PROPULSION SYSTEM

I got the propulsion system was a very small, enclosed thing that didn’t really hook up to

the craft, but was in some way providing the field of energy around the craft and it was in

an enclosed container type thing. When I was told to mentally to move into the container to

find out what was going on, I was not able to do that.

AND THIS IS THE BLACK BOX THAT YOU ENCOUNTERED IN THAT VERY

FIRST JULY 14, 1986, REMOTE VIEWING. YOU DIDN’T KNOW WHERE YOU

WERE AT THE TIME AND YOU DIDN’T KNOW WHAT IT WAS. BUT WHEN YOU

WERE TRYING TO SEE BELOW THE RED LIGHT, WHEN YOU WENT INTO THE

INTERIOR, YOU ENCOUNTERED THIS BLACK BOX.

That was it, yeah. And this box, this energy type box, has come up in several other things. I

know I was given the task of how the Coral Castle stones were moved and like

Sacsayhuaman that I think has hundred-ton stones.

SACSAYHUAMAN IS IN CUSCO, PERU.

Yes.

I’VE BEEN THERE AND THEY ARE PERFECTLY FITTED TOGETHER, THESE

HUGE STONES IN RECTANGLES.

And there was a (remote viewing) tasking about how those were moved. I’ve heard a lot of

people say those were moved by sound and all that, but that’s not what I got in my remote

viewing session. I got that there was some kind of an object that emitted energy that could

surround something and make it to where you could just pick it up.

RIGHT, IT WOULD NEUTRALIZE GRAVITY.

Yes. I had a task one time of the Utsuro-Bune, which was an E. T. that landed in northern

Japan in, I think, 1802. [Actually 1803.]

[ Editor’s Note: Utsuro Bune in Japanese means “ship hole, or empty ship”

like the shape of a bowl for rice. According to The Living Moon.com website,

a pale, redheaded woman was inside the ship, clutching a wooden box close to

her. When she spoke, it was in a language that no Japanese person had ever

heard before. What language was she speaking? Where did she come from?

What was in the box? Nobody knows for sure. What makes things even weirder

is that this same woman and craft were reported to have visited many different

parts of Japan. People from all over Japan described having seen the exact same

woman in the exact same ship, still tightly holding her wooden box.]

In that case, this female-looking being came out of the ship and she carried this box with

her and she never let anybody have this box. Utsuro Bune in Japanese means ‘empty ship.’

The ship was open and the people got in, but they never could find a motor or anything that

would make the ship move. And I think the box — whatever was in the box — was what

made the ship move.”

WELL, NOW WE’RE TALKING IN 2015 AND YOU HAVE ACCESSED THE

EXTRATERRESTRIALS IN CONTROLLED REMOTE VIEWING MORE THAN

ONCE. WHAT IS YOUR SUMMARY TODAY OF THE NON-HUMANS

INTERACTING WITH THIS PLANET AND WHY?

Well, in the military, I was asked to do a survey of the material that never made it into Blue

Book because they couldn’t deny it. So, they couldn’t call it swamp gas. It was too real and

proven. I got access to this and was asked to do a paper specifically on perceived psychic

ability of the E. T.s as it relates to our ability. How psychic are they?

And what I found was that there is not Us and Them. There’s Us and Them and Them and

Them and Them and Them and Them and Them and Them. There is no telling how many

Thems are out there, each with their own agenda. The end report that I gave was that all of

the E. T.s when it comes to psychic ability can be broken into 4 different categories.

You’ve got the Friendly and Unfriendly. And in each one of those categories, you’ve got

the Psychic and either Not So Psychic or Not Psychic At All. Now, in each of those four

categories, you’re going to have:

- Psychic Greys that like us

- Psychic Greys, who do not like us

- Non-psychic Greys who like us

- Non-psychic Greys who do not like us.

So, you can’t fit in a one category. I mean, when it comes to the Greys, there are Greys

from one place; Greys from another place; Greys from another place and so on. There are

just countless Thems out there. But within each of these four categories, I had the

Non-Psychic E. T.s, who are friendly to us and they are here for trade.

WELL, IF IT’S ONE WAY, WHAT ARE THEY TAKING?

I happen to know the guy who is in charge of the technology transfer (from Earth to E.T.s).

And last time I saw him, he was kind of chuckling. He said, ‘We’re taking the stuff that

They gave to us, improving it and finding more uses for it and making new stuff out of it.

Now They want that stuff, so they are trading us more stuff for what we improved thatThey gave us.

THIS TRADE IS WITH FRIENDLY GREYS?

No, with friendly E. T.s — all different types of E. T.s.”
