NJAJ Educational Foundation, Inc. has reserved a limited block of rooms at the Hilton Meadowlands Hotel in East Rutherford. You may make your own hotel reservations in three convenient ways: register online at www.nj-justice.org, call the Hilton directly at 866-295-8986 (mention Group Code NJA17-A), or fax the form on page 31 to the Hilton Meadowlands at 201-507-2825. The rate per room is $184.00 per night. Room reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, November 8, 2017. However, it is recommended you make reservations immediately.
On-Site RegistrationOn-site registration will be accepted as space permits. An additional $25.00 will be added to all program fees for on-site registration.
RefundsAll refunds are subject to a $20.00 processing fee and will be issued only to pre-registrants if the refund is requested in writing no later than Friday, November 10, 2017.
Cancellations and CreditUpon written request, pre-registrants who do not attend the program and have not cancelled on or before Friday, November 10, 2017 will be given credit for their registration, less a $20.00 processing fee. This credit can only be used toward pre-registration (not on-site regis-tration) for a future NJAJ Educational Foundation, Inc. program or toward the purchase of an on-demand program at the CLEstore. The credit must be used within one calendar year of the missed seminar.
Program RecordingsSelect programs will be professionally recorded. Therefore, no individual recording devices will be permitted in the room during the semi-nars, so as not to interfere with the professional recording. MCLE CreditsWhen you check-in for the Meadowlands Seminar 2017, you will receive a worksheet and a Record of Attendance, both necessary to pro-cess your NJ MCLE credits. Use the worksheet to track your attendance over the two days. Before you leave the Meadowlands Seminar, complete the Record of Attendance and hand it to a NJAJ staff member.The NJAJ Educational Foundation, Inc. is an approved accredited provider of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education. Continuing Legal Education credits have been applied for with the Pennsylvania CLE Board. Attorneys seeking New York Continuing Legal Education Credits will find more information on page 19 of this brochure.

Passport ProgramPick up your Passport and your registration materials at the NJAJ Registration Desk located in the Diamond Ballroom (on the second floor) when you arrive. Visit 15 or more exhibitors and have them sign your Passport. Turn in your completed Passport to the NJAJ Registration Desk and you will be entered into a drawing for one of the many prizes donated by the exhibiting companies.More than 100 vendors will be participating this year. Vendors, and the prizes donated, are listed on the back of your Passport.
