Cooking 4 Life, Inc.
At Cooking 4 Life, we occasionally engage in some friend-ly competition. During the month of February, we chose 3 Captains: Sergio Corbia, Jason Harris and Rex Rullan. Captains then took turns and drew fellow life changers names and teams were formed. Let the competition begin!
First week, Sergio’s team, Salad Monsters, takes the lead, with Rex’s team, Nutrition Ninjas, trailing close behind. Jason’s team, The Annihilators, were diligently working together to earn as much points as possible. Each team went head-to-head, making phone calls, booking/cooking shows, selling sets, saladcutting and being on the daily I.C.E. calls. Each captain encouraged and motivated their teammates to do a little more each day than they are used to. New associates were assigned to a team as they entered training.
At the end of the competition, who was victorious? NUTRITION NINJAS came out on top. For their hard work and doing what was necessary for their success, they were rewarded with two tickets to the movies and bragging rights.
As captain of the winning team, Rex says that one of the reasons he enjoys these friendly competitions, is because it allows him to work with other consultants he may not be able to work with on a daily basis. In addition, it allows him to be more engaged in the Saladmaster Business.
Congratulations to Rex and the rest of the Ninjas!!

The Starfires are so proud to introduce our newest Consultant David Gutierrez. David joined us on Jan 14, 2015 and is a full time college student. David has raced through his training period, accepted his first promotion and is off with flying colors. David’s first 6 training dinners produced 4 life changes. He has gone on to change his first solo life change and this qualified him to win a special contest of all of Saladmasters hostess gifts as well as a personal set that he spun for at the Starfires open house. Donna and I and the Starfire team are looking forward to wonderful career for David has he has his eyes and goals set on becoming a Dealer.

Spreading the Texas Spirit!The Green Apron Dealership brought the Texas Spirit from the Mega Rally to their Saskatoon and Winnipeg Offices. The last Open Houses were packed with consultants and guests donning their cowboy outfits and competing for the Best in Cowboy attire for the evening. In Saskatoon, more than $15,000 commission cheques were paid out. In Winnipeg, a new team calling themselves as “Team Orange- Achievers” were created for the new 16 consultants who joined the team in February. The new team is led by Leo & Mirriam Blanco and it aims to recruit 30 more in March. The highlight of the event was the “Boodle Fight” where the consultants and guests ate military style using bare hands. A long table was prepared and the food was laid on banana leaves with every guest taking his/her position when it was announced that the fight was on!
The Dealers also went out on a special Sunday lunch buffet with the members of the Team Yellow-Saskatoon as an award for winning the Best Team Performer for January. About 15 consultants attended the lunch with their spouses and children. The team is led by Alvin Alvarado (Sr. Consultant) and Danny Baliad (Distributor for Saskatoon). It was a fun family gathering!

Lone Star Health Systems, Inc.Lone Star Health Systems has a brand new recruit, Sheila Kelsey, who had a last minute dinner cancellation this past week and turned it into a positive experience. Note: Sheila is still an Associate in her Blast-off!
Here is her story:“Last night (March 3), was an incredible, unplanned experience. I had a dinner scheduled for 5:30 pm, knowing that Jeff (the CFO of Regal Ware) & Brandon would be riding along (no pressure!)... at 3:30 I got a call from my friend letting me know she was ill. I immediately let Katherine know about the cancellation and she reminded me of the unique situation and asked if I could find anyone else to cook for. I didn’t know how I would do it, but I com-mitted to getting it done. And with that I knew it was time to get busy. I said a quick prayer asking God for help and acknowledging that getting this done would only be possible with His divine intervention. Then I turned the radio on and I hear “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. I knew then that I could do this. I drove home and began knocking on neighbors doors. First door, no answer. Second door, they answer! I explain my situation and ask if they can come over and let me cook for them and they agreed!!! The dinner went well, they loved the food, were amazed by the speed, taste and toxicity
test, and they became owners! :) Everything worked out as it was supposed to... NEVER GIVE UP!... I am so grateful and thankful for Katie’s guidance and encouragement! I know I’m right where I’m supposed to be.”
Carmen Berrios recruit Beatriz Casas earned her #1 pin for her first solo sale! Great job Beatriz! This helped Carmen earn her promotion to SR. CONSULTANT! WAY TO GO CARMEN!!!!
Doc & Vera Gibbs had the most people in attendance at open house and picked up a $100 Bonus in cash! Nicely done!
We also had a fabulous Open House Monday night. Here are some highlights:We started off the month with a great open house! Welcome aboard Matthew Ireland (Sheila Kelsey’s recruit) to our TEAM! Stacey has started her Blast off with a bang! Now she has her first recruit! Awesome!!
