Since 1989, Steve Friedland, President of Steve Friedland Associates Inc. (SFA) has been providing consulting, keynotes, executive coaching, and training solutions for diverse industries, government, universities, and third-sector organizations throughout the United States and internationally seeking to advance strategic and transformational change, development, and growth for leaders and other professionals serving in diverse organizational roles. SFA training programs are designed using an innovative and engaging instructional process iMODEL®, combining adult learning and motivational principles, cognitive science, psychology, and behavioral modeling resulting in accelerated transfer of learning and growth for culturally diverse leaders, executives, and other professionals.
