Unit Number. Fleet Charge will assemble your statement to show eachtransaction by your vehicle number.

Card Number. Each transaction identified by card number.

P.O. Number.

Location of Repair.

Date of Repair.

Fleet Charge Invoice Number. The number assigned to the transactionby Fleet Charge or its dealer ETP (Electronic Transaction Process). It will show N/A.

Dealer Invoice Number. The number assigned to the transaction at therepair location.

Price Guarantee Adjustment. Automatic reduction for overbillingthrough our national consistent pricing policy.

Parts International. The total price of all International® or International All-Makes parts purchased for each repair.

Parts Other. Parts purchased for repair that are not International orInternational all-makes parts.

Maintenance. Labor required to complete repair.

Fuel purchases at International dealers.

Tax. Sales tax on applicable items.

Total. The total amount charged to your account for that transaction minus price guarantee adjustment.

Total Price Guarantee Adjustment. Reflects total of all adjustments for the statement.

Total Due. The total amount due for the billing period.
