In today’s era, computerization is within the legal sphere which has been already adopted by lawyers, law reformers and even the government and its agencies at large. Due to this rapid computerization of records of local and other authorities, it is not impossible that the conveyance of land title be done thru computers. The primary objective of this system is to increase efficiencies within the titling system. With the current trend of business to ecommerce it seems inevitable that the titling systems within each of the States would move in this direction. Nevertheless, does an increase in efficiency through a greater reliance on the electronic medium erode perhaps every so slightly the original objectives of the Torrens system? \
