• The system sends e-mails to the reviewers when the assessment phase beginsand during the assessment process (see last slide).

• Also, it is always possible to access the work data from the "Workflows" page,which lists all the jobs that are under way by the logged in user.

• Only one reviewer can edit the evaluation from at time. Evaluation form will belocked for the use of logged-in user and prevent other reviewers from editingsimultaneously.

• If another reviewer opens the evaluation form simultaneously with the logged-inreviewer, message “form is locked“ will be displayed together with information onwho is editing the form.

• Evaluation form is unlocked when the reviewer saves or cancels changes to theevaluation form or when the form has been opened for 60 min without saving /canceling.

YLEISTÄ / GENERAL

• Tarkastajat muokkaavat arvioinnin sisältöä vuorotellen ja jokaisen tallennuksenvoi ajatella välitallennuksena.

• Kun arvioinnin sisältö on valmis, tarkastaja hyväksyy sen "Hyväksy arvostelu"napilla.

• Arvostelun hyväksyminen tarkoittaa sitä, että sisään kirjautunut tarkastaja eienää halua eikä voi tehdä muutoksia arvosteluun.

• Hyväksyminen tehdään monissa tapauksissa vain kerran per tarkastaja.• Tarkastajan hyväksyntä peruuntuu, mikäli toinen tarkastaja päättää vielä

muokata hyväksyttyä arviointia esim. yhden arvioinnin osa-alueen arvosanaa taikorjaa Perustelut –kenttää.

• Kun kaikki tarkastajat ovat hyväksyneet saman sisältöisen arvioinnin, menee työautomaattisesti seuraavaan vaiheeseen ja tarkastajat saavat sähköpostiinsaarviointilomakkeen sisällön pdf-tiedostona. Sama tiedosto menee hyväksyjälle(tiedekuntaneuvosto/koulutusohjelman johtoryhmä) ja opiskelijalle sen jälkeenkun virkailija on siirtänyt työn seuraavaan vaiheeseen.

YLEISTÄ / GENERAL

• Reviewers modify the content of the evaluation alternately and each saving canbe thought of as an intermediate storage.

• Once the content of the assessment is complete, the reviewer will accept the"Approve evaluation" button.

• Accepting the assessment means that the logged-in assessor no longer wantsand cannot make any changes to the review.

• The reviewers approval will be revoked if the other reviewer decides to modifythe approved assessment e.g. one grade in one area of assessment

• Once reviewers have approved the evaluation they will receive the assessmentin PDF file. The same file will go to the approver (faculty council / trainingprogram management team) and to the student after the official has moved thework to the next step.
