The E-Rate program is administered by the Schools and Libraries division of the
Universal Service Administration Company.The program is designed to ensure schools
and libraries have access to telecommunications and information
services.

East Chambers Junior High is one campus of four in the East Chambers ISD. Our district is located in the small agricultural town of Winnie and is classified “urban” by E-Rate. Our district population is 1,257 students with 46.54% qualifying for the National
School Lunch Program.

telecommunications and service.
Our district is a recipient of E-Rate funds to help ensure we meet all technology goals
