WHAT GOES IN THEM?
• All the normal CV/resume stuff plus artefacts:
• Snippets from course (journal reflections, forum discussions, resources, course notes)
• Media (audio, images, video)
WHO CAN SEE IT?
• Students?• Friends?• Teachers? • Employers?• Public?• Restricted access – set by students? What
if student does not want to show it to teacher? Only certain (relevant) parts of it viewable by employer?

WHAT DO YOU WITH IT WHEN YOU LEAVE THE COURSE OR INSTITUTION?
• Can you take it with you? (Is it portable?)
• Can you export to another epf system?
• Is it lifelong?
Should their use be mandated?
• As a general rule, yes. But students should have the option of choosing the form of their epf.
My preferred option – the rent a crowd model
• Blog (Blogger)• Podcast (Podomatic)• Slide Shows (Slideshare)• Photo Site (Flickr)• Videos (YouTube, Blip TV, Ustream)• Wikis (Wikispaces)• Bookmarks (Delicious)• Website• others will have MySpace, Facebook, Ning etc sites
