• 1921: start afdeling „Arbeid‟ (later „Personeelszaken‟)

• In 1930 telt de onderneming 39.000 arbeidsplaatsen.

• 1950: 90.000 medewerkers wereldwijd, 39.000 in Nederland.

Employability & Career Consultant

We gaan uit van een dekking via toeslagen en een dekking via omzet van

declarabele uren, waaraan iedereen zijn bijdrage levert.

Standaardtaken (in volgorde van prioriteit):

• Account management.

Het pro-actief onderhouden van contacten met HR generalisten en

leidinggevenden over hun wensen en behoeften; de mogelijkheden en

eventuele ontwikkeling van ondersteunende producten ten behoeve van hun

bedrijfsonderdelen.

• Beleidsvoorbereiding, regie en uitvoering in projecten

of processen van employability in de breedste zin.

• Training en begeleiding van groepen.

• Individuele begeleiding.

CAO Artikel 10.2 Employability:

Teneinde de mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling te verruimen worden aan de

medewerkers per 1 januari 2010 E-miles toegekend. Deze E-miles geven medewerkers het

recht op diensten als workshops, E-testen, E-checks en loopbaanadviesgesprekken, die

gericht zijn op het bevorderen van hun employability. Uitgangspunt is dat deze diensten

plaatsvinden in werktijd. Professionaliteit, onafhankelijkheid en vertrouwelijkheid van de

diensten zal worden gewaarborgd.
