RENEWAL OF ENLISTMENT OF CONTRACTORS FOR THE CYCLIC PERIOD ENDING 31 DEC 2025 MIS PRAGATEE ENTERPRISES (INDEX NO. D-114/CC) Dear Sir (s),

1. Reference

(a) this HQ letter No. 980013/1/D-114/06/E8CC dated 05 Nov 2018. (b) this HQ letter No. 915100/ENLICor/07/EBCC dated 19 May 2020 (c) your letter No. Nil dated Nil (received in this HQ on 24 Aug 2020) (d) this HQ letter No. 980013/1/D-114/15/EBCC dated 24 Oct 2020 & (e) your letter No. Nil dated Nil (received in this HQ on 13 Nov 2020). Your request for renewal of enlistment in Central Command for the next cyclic period viz. 01 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2025 has been approved by the Registering Authority in class D' (upper tendering limit Rs 50 lakh) for the existing categories of works.

Index No. D-114 allotted to you shall remain unchanged, which shall be quoted by you in all future correspondence. The details of your enlistment are given in Appendix 'A'& 'B' to this letter. 3.

Please note that any change in name/style, address & constitution and change in partners/directors of the firm would require prior approval of the Registering Authority i.e. Chief Engineer Central Command, Lucknow.

Following points may be noted for strict compliance during execution of works: 5.

You will be required to strictly ensure engagement of engineers and (a) deployment of 'T&P, Machinery & Transport as stipulated in the respective contracts. Inadequate engagement of engineers/deployment T&P, Machinery & Transport' as per contract conditions shall be considered as serious lapse attracting ban/removal/downgrading/debarment of the Firm/Company.

You will either obtain valid Electrical Licence of required class in your name (b) or engage an agency having valid Electrical Licence of required class through proper agreement/MOU for execution of all electrical works under category (6) & category (c) [including all sub-categories] and category (d) (v) to the extent Rule 29 under Part ll of Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulation, 2010 is applicable, forming either full or part of the scope of work of contracts awarded to you. All such works shall be executed by you through such agency only (either yourself or other agency) having valid Electrical Licence of required class. Such Electrical Licence shall be obtained from the concerned authority of State Government/Union Territory where the works are to be executed. Any violation of this condition shall be sufficient reason for taking such disciplinary action as deemed fit by the Registering Authority apart from other recourse/remedy available to the Department under the conditions of contract for such lapse.

6. Following further points may be noted:

(a) You will keep this HQ informed about the persons working with you who are near relative(s) of any Gazetted/Commissioned Officer in MES/Corps of Engineers/Ministry of Defence. Similarly, you will also intimate the name(s) of the persons(s) who is/are near relatives(s) of the Proprietor/Partners/Directors and working as Junior Engineers(s) and/ or Gazetted! Commissioned officers(s) in MES/Corps of Engineers/Ministry of Defence

You will not be entitled for tenders in certain areas (as mentioned below), where (b) Such near relative(s) is/are working. Decision of the Registering Authority shall be final in this regard.

The term 'near relative" means wife, husband, parents, children, brothers sisters, uncles, first cousins, brothers/sisters-in-law, sons/daughters-in-law and father/mother-in-law.

Note: 1.

You shall not be eligible to tender for the works under following conditions ) The works in entire area of CE Zone, where near relative(s) of the

Proprietor/Partners/Directors/their employees is/are working as Gazetted/ Commissioned Officers. (i) The works in entire area of CWEIGE(I), under whom near relative(s) of the Proprietor/Partners/Directors is/are working as Junior Engineer(s).

(c) Any breach above condition(s) by you shall render your firm liable to be removed from the approved list of contractors of the department.

7. Please note that if you fail to secure any work in MES/any other Government Department within a period of three consecutive years, your firm will be liable for removal from the list of approved contractors.

Please note that the appropriate MES authority has the right as he may decide, not to admit e-tender in any particular case and also to suspend, remove or blacklist your name from the MES approved list of contractors in the event of submission of non-bonafide tenders or for technical or other delinquency, in regard to which the decision of such appropriate MES Authority shall be final and conclusive.

Please note that your enlistment in class 'D' is valid upto 31 Dec 2025 and the application for renewal. 9

You are advised to browse the MES website www.mes.gov.in regularly to update yourselfF about relevant policy instructions issued by the department and rules, regulations of Govt. of India issued time to time relating to enlistment/upgradation/change in constitution/renewal and other subjects like contract matters, taxes, levies, labour related issues and all other issues having bearing on tendering and bidding process as well as execution of works, which a bidder/contractor is expected to be aware of. No letter conveying such information & policy instructions shall be issued separately by the department.
