The customer was founded in 2008. They are dedicated for building automation control system technology development and integration application engineers, mainly in the field of automatic control. They have more than 10 years on the practical experience in the design and development of single-chip controller, hardware, communications systems integration, HMI graphics automated monitoring software, embedded system applications, (HA) smart home automation control systems and others.

The customer is a professional solution provider of Intelligent Systems Design. The core technology is for building automation control system technology development and integration of applications. This project is co-application for smart home eHome.


ChallengeChallenge

The project requires a 10.4” industrial-grade panel computer with touch screen. The panel computer must integrate the front bezel of the customer’s. The unit needs low power, fanless operation, reliable & stable quality for rugged environment (space limited).


SolutionSolution

In order to integrate the control board as well as software, we amended the motherboard and try cableless design for the touch panel computer.

Due to rugged environment (narrow and small) of system installation, the system must be “all-in-one” and “fanless” operation.
