Working Hours

The general working hours for all the employees is 9:00am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

All employees in the training period are expected to be available during the general working hours.

Employees may be required to work extended hours to meet the demands of their work, and may avail of flexible working hours as agreed to by the manager.

Core Business Hours: All employees are expected to be in the office between 10am to 4pm as this would be the time during which majority of meetings and discussions are held and no deviations what so ever is accepted unless the concerned employee has prior approval of his Team Lead.

Dress Code

e-Apps Mantra promotes an informal working environment, however the employee has to adhere to a certain dress code.

In the case of male employees full-length trousers/jeans and shirts/t-shirts are acceptable during the business hours.

In the case of female employees, salwar kameez, and trousers/jeans may be a part of the normal dress code.

Employee Performance Appraisal

The appraisals will be held once a year and will be covered during this period.

April 1st to September 30th

The performance appraisal will be a joint exercise between the individual and the management. Goals will be agreed and set weekly and for each of the periods and achievements against the same will be revised.

Performance bonus and Compensation growth are determined by the employee appraisal. However they may not happen at the same time.
