THEORETICAL BASIS OF MANAGERIAL ANALYSIS
Abstract Theoretical and methodological approaches to management analysis, based on the nature and justification of its basic components are formed. There have been considered the main theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of management analysis, making it possible to improve its terminological distinction. Systematization of theoretical and methodological approaches to the management and analytical account of current trends in the economic analysis has become the basis for determination of characteristics, subject and object of management analysis. Basic task of management analysis as a base for the studying of modern economic transformation analysis is formulated. Specification of the object of management analysis has allowed to detail its main lines. They are the analysis of resource support, functional areas of business and management system of the enterprise. It is shown that the main purpose of management analysis is the analytical support of decision-making, implementation and management functions to achieve strategic, tactical and operational objectives of the enterprise.

DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF MODERN VILLAGE
Abstract In the article there has been determined the level of provision of rural locality establishments of socio-cultural sphere, that will allow to form the priority directions of development of social infrastructure. For the achievement of this aim there has been analysed the presence and structure of establishments of education and culture. According to the research the rural locality is characterized by the low level of material well-being by such establishments. However their construction must be carried out in that locality, where there is an urgent necessity of such establishments. Construction of preschool institutions in the rural locality has to be conducted with its previous concordance with the perspective plans of development of settlement and the involvement of state and local budgets, the public, businesses and etc for implementation of building and installation works. With the purpose of economy of building and exploitation of establishments of socio-cultural sphere it is suggested to use modern projects where the newest technologies and materials are taken into account.

MODERN THEORETIC APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE RELATOINSHIP BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
Abstract The modern and the most influential theoretical approaches of the relationship between international trade and economic growth are analysed. This relationship can serve as an explanation of a rapid economic growth in those countries that liberalized their foreign trade regimes. It is shown how, in accordance with current studies, the impact of foreign trade on gross domestic product is determined. Particular attention is focused on endogenous models as those that accumulate the most advanced research in the field of trade and economic growth. The basic mechanisms of the impact of international trade on economic growth are identified. The main sectors of the economy, which, after the opening of markets, are most impacted by international trade are singled out and the potential impact of liberalization on the economy as a whole is determined.

ROLE OF RECREATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE REGION IN COMPETITIVENESS OF RECREATIONAL AND TOURISM INDUSTRY
Abstract The article investigates the recreational potential of the Crimea region and Big Yalta subregion. There has been determined the role of recreational potential for creation of competitive advantages and competitiveness of recreational and tourism industry of the region. The problems of its effective implementation are identified. The advantages of natural and anthropogenic character of Big Yalta subregion relative towards other subregions of the Crimea. The changes in the structure of the recreational and tourism complex in Crimea for the period of 2002-2012 are studied and the reasons for this phenomenon are determined. Among the main problems there can be identifiedlegality, seasonality functioning industry, transport improvement, investment conditions into the industry. There has been carried out the analysis of the recreational development of the Big Yalta and Crimea, that allows to emphasize the problems of this area. Indicators of recreational development characterize insufficient development of the region and subregion, and unevenness of their development.

MODERN TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPING AUTOMOBILE PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION MARKET
Abstract The paper analyzes from the position of systematic approach the state of providing for technological renovation of passenger automobile transport enterprises in the western region. There has been carried out the assessment ofinnovation and investment provision for transport enterprises. The distribution of expenditures amount fortechnological innovations is considered. Innovation aims are researched of transport sphere under present-dayconditions. Due to the analysis of modern tendencies of developing of automobile passenger transportation there have been determined the problems of the transport branch in Ukraine and suggested the measures concerning theincreased support for the technological renovation of passenger automobile transport enterprises which are basedon scientific technical and innovation development. There have been determined the problems of passengertransportation market that prove the necessity of creation of conditions to provide the innovation activity atpassenger automobile transport enterprises. There have been suggested the recommendations that will permit toincrease the competitiveness of enterprises and improve socio-economic-ecological effects from services rendered.

Abstract Modern approaches to determination of the nature of the concept of "financial-industrial group" (FIG) ARE considered. There has been revealed the presence of a large number of definitions, which differ primarily distinguishing various aspects of legal forms of creation of groups and their membership etc. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological approaches there have been identified the essential characteristics of the FIG as a specific type of integration associations. It is proved that the formation of financial capital and therefore FIG is complex and controversial. However, the mechanism of their formation is subordinate to the overall objective - the synergetic effect of the integration. Creation of FIG is a regular and systematic phenomenon that is an inevitable stage in the institutional and organizational change in any large-scale economy. There has also been revealed its fundamental difference from other associations. That is as the following: FIG is embodied social economy segment and its characteristic features are are the differentiation of each group member due to the position in the cooperation of labor, the right to property, the ability to increase the size of their equity and ability to attract additional resources based on market principles. Along with the benefits there has been analyzed the potential negative impact on the economy of FIG by restriction of competition in related markets and increase of barriers to entry in a market segment. There has been proposed to carry out a state monitoring of the monopoly activities of FIG in the domestic markets in order to neutralize the negative impact of economic competition in general.

INNOVATIVE PROCESS IN AGROINDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION: CONSTITUENTS AND FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION
Abstract The features of innovative process in an agroindustrial production are investigated. The essence of stages is maintained and substages of organization of innovative process are outlined. The general factors of the development of separate stages of innovative process are distinguished. As a result the existence of plenty of the users of innovations agricultural commodity producers, that does not allow to go out at once on the mass circulation of innovations, without previous approbation on separate enterprises and from positions of grouping and organization of various participants of innovative activity, it is suggested to structure the stages of innovative process with the selection of two stages: creation and mastering of innovations; mass distribution of innovations. There has been proved the institutional character of factors that prevent activation of innovative development of agroindustrial production. They appear in inconsistencies of legal mechanisms, that provide innovative development and incompetence of institutes that must provide distribution of innovations.

METHOD OF ASSESSMENT OF REGIONAL SUSTAINABILITY
Abstract The essence of the concept of "sustainable development" is specified. It generally includes social, economic, environmental and other aspects of development. Features of methodical approach for accessing the region sustainability are grounded. They mean the formation of a single aggregate indicator and the construction of indicators. The analysis of options for calculation of sustainable development on the basis of studied approaches for sustainable regional development is carried out. According to the results of evaluation there has been suggested the authors methodology, which is to form a single integral indicator of sustainable development, comprising five standardized indicators of sustainable region development. It can be attributed to the first approach. The technique makes it possible to analyze the relationship of single indicators in different units and cover a wide area of research.

METHODICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF THE RECREATIONAL POTENTIAL OF A REGION
Abstract The article deals with the analysis and systematization of the existing methodical approaches to assessment of recreational and other similar kinds of potential. Their advantages and disadvantages have been extracted. Within the framework of the research, the author discoveres that most scientists in the process of evaluation of the recreational potential of the region (RPR) tend to resource approach. In the process of forming its own methodology for assessing the level of development of RPR author uses this approach, but at the same time it offers to complete it with indicators that characterize informational component of the RPR, namely by the peculiarities of creation of region's image and also implementation of its promoting; by efficiency indicators of interested key parties which are directly related to the recreational field and ensure the development of RPR, and also data as for the competitive advantages possessed by region and recreational area that operates in it. On the basis of above determined indicators there has been substantiated ersonal method of assessment of the development level of recreational potential of region. It consists of realization of integrated diagnostics of the recreational potential key elements by means of formation and calculation of indices system. Interpretation of the obtained results is suggested to be realized by means of the graph-analytic method.
