• Dynamic Drilling Pte Ltd Singapore was established to construct, acquire, own andoperate Offshore rigs in the international market.
• Dynamic Group ordered and has under construction a Le Tourneau Super 116EJack Up rig ‘Dynamic Momentum’ from COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard in China.
• Delivery is scheduled for Q4 2015 and the rig is presently available for charter.
• Our group presently has six Jack Ups and a Drillship contracted. Four of the rigsare operated in partnership with Paragon Offshore, all currently contractedOffshore India. Our senior management’s affiliation with Noble Drilling and nowParagon Offshore began in 1988.
• The Group has presence in Mumbai, New Delhi, China, Dubai, Abu Dhabi , Cyprus,Malaysia and Africa in addition to Singapore.

• The majority of the experience of our team has been built up since 1988 when we started to jointly operate offshore drilling in association with Noble Drilling. We now also jointly operate offshore drilling rigs with Paragon Offshore (4 offshore drilling rigs). In addition to these joint operations Dynamic Drilling is today solely responsible for the operation of 3 offshore drilling rigs.
• Our new company was established in 2010 and we are now ONGC’s largest offshore drilling contractor as we have 7 offshore drilling rigs under contract. Noble Drilling followed our highly experienced management team for joint operations when the new company was formed.
• Our chairman Mr. Naresh Kumar is on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Drilling Contractors. To date he is the only Asian to have been given this distinction.
• Our President & Director Mr. Manav Kumar is the Vice Chairman of the IADC SE Asia Chapter.

• An enhanced unit that builds on the strengths of the widely deployed MLT 116‐C.
• The drilling package is provided by Cameron. The mud processing equipment isfrom NOV and the main emergency engines from Caterpillar. Load Masterprovides the derrick.
• In locations sensitive to bearing pressures with full pre‐load, the rig is capable ofadding “Spud can ring tanks”, approved by ABS and MWS ‐ with an effective spudcan diameter of 50’‐6” can cause spud can bearing pressure to reduce.
• Well Control system rated at 15000psi.
• High pressure mud pumping system rated at 7500psi.
• Offline Activity Crane (“OAC”) is mounted in the derrick above the fingerboard.
