Here at
Dynamic, we
love to give
back to our
community. This
December, you have the
opportunity to give
through Dynamic
towards two awesome
programs. You can
donate a new un-
wrapped toy to Toys for
Tots AND/OR you can
donate new or gently
used and clean hats,
scarves, gloves, or
mittens of all sizes for
our Warming Tree in
the lobby! Toys for Tots
goes to the Marines to
pass out to less
fortunate kids in our
community, and the
Warming Tree
donations will go to
families in our
community who are in
need of items to keep
them warm this
winter. We will
be taking
donations
until Dec. 22nd.
TAKE NOTE:

Coming Next Month– Meet
Results from our Boys, Girls,
and Xcel teams!
Flip Fest is Coming!!!! We have the amazing opportunity to host teams from 4 different states from January
16-18th at our annual home meet, FLIP FEST! Whether you have a child in gymnastics,
dance, cheer, or on team, you can get involved in this amazing event! Due to unexpected
construction delays at the new gym, this year, Flip Fest will be held at the Spokane
County Fair and Expo Center, which is a fantastic venue for us: centrally located, huge
space, and free parking! This is also shaping up to be our largest meet yet with over
500 athletes so far!
We are excited, and we need your help! There are many ways to help with this event:
set up or tear down equipment, time events, ticket sales, flower and raffle sales,
pro-shop, assist with hospitality, run music, donate raffle baskets, or sign your sports
oriented or family friendly business up to be represented as a vendor. If you know of a
group of strong athletes (not competing that weekend) who can help unload and load the
trucks, that would also be helpful! All volunteers also get free admission for the
weekend! It’s a win-win: serve the Dynamic Community AND watch amazing gymnastics
for free! There will be a volunteer notebook at the front desk to sign up in, so do so
quickly as it is first-come first-serve. You can contact our meet director, Kelly Conley,
at [email protected] if you have specific meet questions, or you can contact the
volunteer coordinator, Abby Leman, at [email protected] if you have volunteering
questions.

The new gym continues being
constructed and progress is
being made weekly. Due to
delays in permits between city and
county, however, it is going much
slower than we had hoped for, BUT IT
IS STILL MOVING FORWARD!
Thank you for your patience! No one
wants this more than Adana and her
staff! We’ll keep you posted as more
progress is made, and we will all enjoy
the new gym as soon as we can!
With the drop in temperature, we want
to remind you that students need to come to gym wearing
proper outside clothing. Coats, pants, and boots when it’s
cold NEED to be worn. There are cubbies to store all these
things during class. We want our athletes staying
healthy, so please don’t send them from the car to the gym
in only their leos and flip flops! In addition, athletes
MUST wait for parents INSIDE the building in the winter
for health and safety reasons.
Also, cold and flu season is upon us, so please do not send
your athlete to us if they are sick (fever or throwing up
within 24 hours or slimy/hacking wet seal cough). Please
remind them to wash their hands often and not to share
water bottles or food with other athletes.
New Gym
Update
Recreational Gymnastics Evaluations went very well this month! Thanks to all the students for doing their best, working hard, and
being awesome kids!! If you have questions about where your athlete tested or about what skills they will
be working on this winter, please be sure to talk to their coach!
Don’t forget to take a look at the “Dynamic Star” Board behind the benches in the main hallway to see
which kids have worked extra hard in achieving a specific skill! Coaches are always looking for kids who
make new skills, show leadership ability, and have good character! At Dynamic,
we really believe that you can “Start here, Go Anywhere!”
See the Early Bird Registration information box above, or posted around the
gym!

DYNA”MITE Our Optional Girls’ Team participated in a team
challenge to determine their competition readiness in
preparation for winter meet season. All the girls came
out in fine form and participated as either the Soldiers
or the Sleepyheads! Though all the girls did great, the
Soldiers came out on top! Congratulations ladies!
Have a fun and safe meet season to our
entire Hot Shot and Xcel Team and their
