Hallador Northern most of the great holds, Hallador sits high in the Axeblade Mountains. Beset by the Fallen, Hallador stands firm against the forces sent against it and is home to possibly the most powerful of the Dwar en clans who ha e sent se eral armies to aidtheir !in in more hea ily beset Holds.

in preparation for Dwar en settlers.
