DVAX smoke and heat extract fans are used in case of fi re to extract smoke gases and also during normal working conditions for standard ventilation.Smoke free escape routes assist egress and provide clear access points for fi re departments.The axial fan inside the steel casing has aluminium hub and blades. Motor is inside the air stream.

For speed control use combination of frequency converter and appropri-ate fi lter to motor side (sine or du/dt), respectively observe instructions. In case of fi re, bypassing / disabling of eventual frequency converter, all motor protective devices and thermal protections is needed to guarantee functional capability. At frequency controlled units additional EMC pro-tection could be needed (on request).

When choosing AES exhaust air and smoke extraction control accessories, please observe serial connecting capability of the service switch of the fan (refer to instructions). Higher con-necting capability on request.
