Unlike many law firms, we offer Care Navigation and Advocacy, a service that is designed to help establish quality care and assist with decision making. Our Care Coordinator, Erin Vogt, who is a licensed clinical social worker and certified care manager, supports our clients and attorneys by providing comprehensive assessments, family caregiver advocacy and education, and resource information needed for the client and family to understand and make decisions about care. Planning for the future is made up of a lot of moving parts. The goal of Care Navigation is to help put all of the parts together.
