PROGRAMThis half-day program deals with the legal framework and practical application of commercial and retail lease agreements and has been developed for a range of property professionals. This course is designed to improve your negotiation skills and enhance your understanding of the market to achieve successful lease negotiation outcomes for your clients. AIM

It is essential that Real Estate Licence Holders and

Property Managers are equipped with the requisite

skills and knowledge to stay ahead and succeed in their

profession.

All licence and certificate holders are required to

undertake 12 mandatory Continuing Professional

Development (CPD) points each year. And the NSW

Department of Fair Trading is responsible for

administering and monitoring the conditions.

CPD is aimed at maximizing consumer protection

outcomes, maintaining public confidence by ensuring

that industry participants are continually up-dating

their skills, and reducing disputes in the NSW property

agency industry.
